So I was quoted $300 for the install and $100 alignment for a total of $400 to level my truck at the dealer?! This is with me bringing them the Toytec 2" leveling kit which is $179. That would put the total at over $580. To me, the dealer price is pretty high and he said I would have to call Toyota to ask about retaining my warranty. Anyone else have the dealer install this kit and care to share the pricing and warranty info. Thanks!

The Toyota dealer here charges $72 for an alignment ....(they did great on mine)

I had an entire suspension lift plus UCA's installed from a local, respected shop here for $300.....

That alignment fee is pretty good, but that installation fee is the lowest price I've heard of for such installation (besides done by friends, etc.). Congrats. I think I got a pretty good deal, but it was just shy of $500.

Ready lift 2.4" leveling kit, install, & alignment $450, does not void warranty.

I was under the impression toyota only offers the 3/1" level to preserve warranty. Tell me more about readylift please. I have a trd and woild prefer going this route. Warranty is my concern.

I leveled mine with the bilstein 5100 adj shocks. Total price out the door 640.00. Remove and install shocks. Remember these trucks have coil springs that need to be dealt with if you go this option. That price included front shocks all labor and alignment. Friend of mine had spacers done about 100 less than what i paid. My friend had spacers installed by dealer and warranty issue never came up.

I wouldn't do just spacers. which it sound like what you have. 2" kit for $179 are spacers. You would be better off with front and rear shocks and AAL's for your lift. More money but a better lift. They're not that hard to install yourself.

I was quoted by a guy here on the forum $650 (8 hours) to install a readylift 3” sst lift kit on my 2017 sequoia. This price does not include an alignment.
I’ve watched some videos of the install and I’m trying to understand what takes 8 hours and why so expensive. I’d do it myself but I have a bad back.

Is this accurate cost & labor time to install a couple blocks to the shocks??? I’m new to this stuff and have no clue how difficult a lift install is, so excuse my ignorance if the quote I received seems reasonable

A typical suspension install is 4 hours for the front, and an hour for the rear. An alignment can take another hour. Some shops charge $100-120 per hour

Super easy to install the spacer yourself you only need a hand full of sockets and a torque wrench. Alignment around here is 60-65.

Good morning, was wondering if anyone knows of a great mechanic or dealership in and around Washington DC willing to install a leveling kit for a good price?
