I am looking for some suggestions on the best way to level my truck. Spacers seem like a cheap option but I’m not sure how reliable they will be. Any thoughts?

Three 80lb bags of Quikcrete loaded all the way towards the rear of your bed will be the least expensive way to achieve this. :D

Seriously, there are many threads on this topic here. Try to do a search and then come back with a budget you are willing to spend. You are on a slippery slope in terms of balancing budget and doing it the wrong way. You’ll get tons of opinions here.

    Welcome from NY.

Maybe Bilstein 5100's on the middle setting.

I like the idea of Bilstein 5100 and I have done a bit of research on them. What would be the ballpark for installing those? Is it something that could be done at home with a good set of tools?

If you're comfortable with doing basic things yourself like oil changes and rotating tires, a cost effective way to go is remove your stock strut assemblies and bring them with your 5100s to a shop to have the coils and that's swapped over. Then go home and put the new assemblies in.

Otherwise you're probably in the ballpark of 2 hours labor, hopefully less if a competent shop.

With a 2” lift in the front would I be able to fit 285/75 16 on without any rub?
