mine was just done 2 days ago and pictures are of the install day. I assume with a heat gun I can get them to go away. I doubt you can pull it any harder then this. give it time I am sure it will stretch out. I honestly think the way they cut the leather is not good. Like the center cubby leather was not precut and is not long enough. Also not wide enough. I have a Vynil version of this I got on eBay and its a much better fit over all.

First get a heat gun or better a hair dryer.
Keep about 6 - 10 inches away as you go over wrinkle area.
Apply Leather conditioner. Non Shiny if possible.

Thank you @idude00. My Kershaw blade clip nicked the side of my cover and left me a nickel size hole. I guess now is the best time to upgrade. We'll see how it goes.....

I gave it a shot with a heat gun and I couldn’t get them out. They seem to be sewn in.

here is the response I got: (Its a copy and paste of the email)

Hello, Toyota used vinyl because of Installation issues , leather is durable but can be a beast to install
important:leather has to be stretched tightly not laid on , (you will not rip it) the rough grain will smooth out when stretched

What glue to use? (Dap Contact cement and a small acid brush will work best )
    * Work cover from center out only
1: align center seam (center horseshoe area)on lid and locate a center on cover and lid , only glue where seams lay ( this way the leather is free to settle out)
2: fold cover and glue outer edge seams only and where they lay ( double stitched area ) allow glue to dry
3: carefully heat leather ( sunlight or hair dryer) grab leather with both hands , wiggle and stretch as you work seam over edge ( this will be down over edge . Seams will Not be square with edge but over )
4 laststep Finish off lower edge , pull tight enough where cover is smooth

5 you can also add a extra layer of thin foam on top of original base foam , old upholsterers taught me this trick , wrinkles are caused by not enough padding under loose cover
6 :if all else fails I offer free installation or corrections if needed
Box up lid and put a return label in box

well I redid it with memory foam added. I had 2 layers
Visco Memory Foam Square Sheet- 3.5 lb High Density 1/2"x15"x15" and another 1/4"x15x15 ordered from Amazon
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076VMHKTN/

worked great. Removed some wrinkles and pushed the leather out a bit. I used a professional heat gun as.I worked the leather.
    I will post pictures tomorrow.

Please send photos, I want to know if this is something I'll be able to fix as well, heat gun isn't doing it for me.

Ok here is the result of Foam and properly heated leather as I stretched. I feel like I should have used more glue on sides and such. But over all it is much better.

Compare that to previous install I did.

Ok I redid it for the 3rd time and its great now. I added more foam to the front of the arm and it looks better.
