Spyder tail lights installed. Check original post for pics. Looks so much better getting the white reverse light out of there

Sweet truck man. I ordered a black Pro as well, trading in the white 18 Pro taco. Hope to have it by next week. I was going to order a Platinum and black out everything and add wheels/tires and more, but everytime I see a Pro Tundra I.........(fill in the blank). Having the dealer install the same tires. Will probably end up doing the same Coachbuilder setup as you. Already have the bumper shims at home waiting as well as SDHQ sliders.

You don’t need the bumper shim. Just trim the plastic.

And the SDHQ sliders are friggin awesome! I elected for side steps since I won’t rock crawl and my wife is 5 foot tall hahaha

Did you do the complete Coachbuilder TRD Pro system, with the steering kit and CB drop kit? Or did you just do the front shims and shackles?

How much was the ceramic coating? I've already got close to 2k miles on mine. Would love to make the washing part easier.

I paid $2,200 for mine and that was for a 10 year modesta guarantee and primer/paint correction

Thanks man! I’ve got 1,000 miles on it in two weeks.

I’ve taken it on all terrains. I need to do a little more fender trimming and a small cab mount chop. But it barely rubs totally good on road. Just needs a little more clearance for the offroad stuff

So I looked up to inquire about the Modesto install and choices thereof. There is a shop about an hour and fifteen from me. Did you go with the BC 04/BC O5 or the PD private label coating?

    I did the BC05/06

I kind of wish I went with the PD for even more candy shine.

Talking at length with the guy he made it sound like there was a fair bit more maintenance with the PD in addition to the considerable extra cost.

It certainly sounds like you built it exactly how you wanted it. Did you consider a supercharger? Magnuson's 2018 kit was supposed to be ready this summer, so I assume it's coming soon.

My detailer likes the BC05 the best as well for ease of maintenance. But I’ve seen some vehicles he’s done with the PD and DAMN!

I’ll get a SC in a bit. Probably won’t be for a while though. I’m totally happy with the power of the truck. I’m not a speed demon, so all is good

Finally got a chance to get Muffins all cleaned up. Been raining since the day I picked the truck up. Ceramic coating sure does make it easy to wash.

I anticipate getting one down the road as well. Now that I got the truck I wanted, I'm not in a rush anymore.

Weren't you considering a Leer shell at some point for the Pro?

I was and decided against it. I load up my truck bed too much and I had back surgery last year so I have to be careful.

Removing the shell often wasn’t in the cards for me. My wife had to kindly remind me that I need to take it easy
