Share it with family and friends for those not taking it very serious.

Every person on this planet will be affected even if they don't get sick.
Pisses me off it is said that you do not need a mask and goggles. I bought our CBRN masks first part of January as I do not take chances. World numbers are not near as bad as the flu....yet. three weeks ago my last supply run I saw an old man in overalls about 70 I would say...standing in the store just holding a bottle of bleach and he looked so lost.:( 2020 is the shittiest year ever.

    I hear you there....
I missed the mask and goggles run, as I focused more on food supplies, didn't hoard, just got the hint from Walmart in slashing prices on certain things and stacking water supplies in the middle of the aisles, so I picked up a few extra things as to not set in any panic in the family.... since I have a kid with special needs he is not wearing any P.P.E, he don't understands what's going on, and if I freak out the S.O. then I would've lost control of my situation back in Feb...... so I do my best to protect them while being "essential"

I'm not rolling the dice with my lungs, but at the same time I'm not really fearing it. I do take precautions but otherwise fearing it will just consume you...

Been hanging with JC whilst down in my underground bunker, lately. He is helping ease the fears. Might I suggest you do the same.

Decent video but I feel like it could have been 15 or 20 minutes instead of 35.

With all due respect, I don't think you can say this won't be as bad as the flu. For one thing, the death rate seems to be at least an order of magnitude higher, if not more, based on all the data we have to date. It's also still early in the outbreak so we don't really know how bad things will get.

To me your comment at this point in time is like someone in December 1941 saying World War 2 was less deadly than World War 1...

California is very under reported. According to a study we rank 46th in the country as far as testing is concerned. We are in worse shape than we think. All of those cities saying “oh there’s only 1 in our area”, I hate to break it to you, but there are more than you think in your area. Testing is slow and results are behind an average of 5 days. Can’t say this enough, STAY HOME.

Everyone needs to quit associating this with the flu. This is not the flu. We have vaccines for the flu. The flu doesnt get everyone sick. This covid 19 will get everyone. There is no immunity. And quit talking death rates. What needs to get through everyones head is daily accidents and illnesses are still happening. Add covid and we cant care for everyone!! Thats when the death will become rampant. Its why everyone needs to stay home. We are not trying to stop this illness as you cant. We are trying to slow it down so we can handle it without breaking our healthcare capacity. If the capacity breaks, we are in for a world of hurt. Thats when the death rates will sore.

The line in that article I linked above that scared me most?

In a study of 44,672 cases in China, around 14 percent needed hospitalization. If a scenario close to this plays out in the US, every hospital bed in the US may be occupied by mid-May,according to some estimates.

Exactly, and thats just this virus. Thats not the trauma accidents, strokes, and heart attacks that are also showing up to our hospitals. Its just getting started people.
