Thank you. The best carrots and watermelons I ever had were on a small island in the Bahamas where Cristobál Columbus first landed. Your bumper is looking good.

We are down to harvesting the root systems of the grasses growing through the bunker cracks. Heard some money printing going on and figured all was good to come up.

Thank you. I didn’t swear off this site. I think I said I was taking a break for a while due to drama. I had Moderators messaging me over mumbo-jumbo stuff. Drama. I had others messaging me to go to another site. Here in the bunker, I’m having a rash on the back of my hand from the moist air. Drama.

Been dailying the F250 that last few days, until yesterday I drove the tundra again, and

MAN OH MAN IS THIS THING QUICK!!!

feels like a rocket ship compered the that old 6.9 NA diesel!

This quarantine, while not giving as much time as some of you since work is still progressing in construction, should give me a bit more time to work on the old gals. I still have the body swap to do this spring...

It's snowing like a motherfucker here again. Every time I consider swapping over to my nice wheels and tires, the weather puts a halt to it. Pretty sure I could swap tires in July and it would snow.

I have no idea how anyone can live with year round winter. Was 85° here yesterday and was sweating working on a Hand Model Fleet Vehicle.

So about 2 weeks ago it got a bit spicy out side. Mid 80s. I got my first "sunburn" seeing as how I'm working outside. The very next day i had to layer up in the coveralls since it was cold. So there i was, sunburnt, in coveralls, cold as hell. Welcome to west Texas.

Summers up here are absolutely glorious and make up for the long winters. Temperatures are in the 75 - 80 range, so it's comfortable but not hot. The days are long. I've been laying out dry flies for Arctic Grayling at 11pm. Even at this time of year, sunset is at 830pm. Fall is spectacular too. The leaves, the temperatures slowly dropping, the clean crisp air.

I honestly love living up here. I grew up in the southwestern British Columbia, so our weather there was the same as Seattle. I couldn't stand it. Hot and humid for a few months in summer, raining the rest of the time. We have 4 distinct seasons up here and average 314 days of sunshine. Even when it's -30 Celsius and your face hurts, odds are the sun is shining brightly.

Found some really exciting racing on YouTube. Australian Improved Production Series, looks like pretty limited rules on the cars. It's so entertaining to watch the variety of cars in the race, and surprising to watch a little Civic hatch kicking so much ass.

i like this kind of racing, the cars are all different looking, the sounds are different. the drivers of the slower cars use skills to catch the faster cars... this is what racing should be like.

Completely agree. I feel so bad when they break down, you know these guys don't have much support and their cars are not as bulletproof as more professional races. I was cheering for that little Celica and the Civic, even my wife got bummed when the Celica backed down.

Yeah, it's all good. We'll just have to agree to disagree...I'm sticking to the information from the experts like Fauchi over market blogs. There is an excellent article in the Atlantic by Ed Yong about all of this...check it out if you're interested. Time will tell sums it up for me, too. Back to our regularly scheduled program of seeing if we can figure out a way to get 20 mpgs from our pigs!

Wonder if with should use Social Distancing Technique at our borders from now on? Since, all the sudden, our experts (see socialists) now agree ‘things’ can be brought in from the outside. Dr. little knows his stuff, but has no idea on severity (of deaths). Nobody knows is my point. They make models based on? Exactly. Nobody knows.

Anyone read the New Corona Law yet? Looks like ‘debt slavery’ for the future generations.

Wonder when we’ll deem two fake non-golden eggs laying in the Fed Reserve as being worth all the debt in the world? I can get used to the free money coming my way now that I realize I’m paying (and have been paying) for it one way or another. Let her rip as there is no turning back from debt burden at this point.

Its up to the Millennials, from here on out, to pay for the old geezers spending habits!:D

    You guys got this!

Here are some good things I hope will come out of this mess:

    1) People wash their hands more often with natural and organic soaps.

    2) Those close talkers (you know the ones that like to get in real close) will keep at least arms distance away. No need for me to smell your breath!

    3) The 1950’s family time will return where we gather ‘round the radio and listen to Benny Goodman. Dinner at 430pm every night. Stores close on Sunday. Lights out and in bed at 9pm! Up at 615am to milk the cows everyday.
