I've been marinating a 7lb boneless leg of lamb for three days in the fridge. Took it out for three hours to get to room temp, and just placed on the egg.

Should take about three hours at 325.

Marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon, Grey Poupon Mustard, Olive Oil, two full garlic heads, one bundle of Thyme, and one bundle of Rosemary. Generous amounts of Black Pepper, and lightly dusted with Kosher Salt. Every 12 hours turning bag over in fridge.

I cook it indirectly with the conveggtor, and use non stick pan with Beef Broth and the remainder of the red wine from the prep. The liquid in the pan steams the roast the whole time while it cooks.

    More pics to follow.

Awesome. I would like to see how that comes out. I love lamb and did a leg in the pellet grill just last week.

Your cook looked great! This about the fifth one of these I've done in last couple of years. Its hard to beat Costco's price on lamb at under $4.00/lb.

LOL that's cool, but I am far from a grill master. I can crank out some mean BBQ but theres a few folks on this board I could take lessons from.

3:15 hours and 132 degrees internal temp. Just took off and resting prior to slicing. Between the Egg and the Flame Boss, I'm coasting through this shutdown with First World Problems.

Isn't that true about all of us.

@RLHOK I updated the first post with more details, as I know you use this as a recipe book at times!
