Just my thoughts on a value priced cat back exhaust in SS. Your mileage may vary....

Total install time was about 3hrs with a trip to O'REILLY's.
Straight forward color directions and all parts accounted for.

Some of the tools I used for install

Map gas and PB blaster along with my impact wouldn't budge the flange bolts. So out came the Milwaukee hack saw. Cut off the flange nuts and cleaned up with the grinder. (I had the nuts/ bolts on hand) Finished with high temp paint.

The flanges bolt together nicely. Reused the gaskets since they stayed intact.

Get the muffler hung and tail pipe installed.

Get the U clamps on and go to hang the muffler bracket and...this is were the word "universal" comes into play.
    IMG_20200321_121620.jpg
The Y pipe is too long! The muffler bracket U clamp won't hang off the factory bosses.
    IMG_20200321_121644.jpg
The bracket is asymmetrical and can't be flipped. I ponder this for a bit while tightening the clamps.
Off to O'REILLY's. I purchase 2 rubber muffler straps and problem solved. (See above pics closely)

If you're a DIY kinda guy this kit is a great value at $347.00 shipped. I had $3.00 in bolts and $10 for the 2 muffler straps for a total of $360.00

Overall grade for fit B & finish A.

Note: There's 1.5" of clearance between the driveshaft and muffler. Guys with a large spare tire may have issues. About 1.5" clearance between factory sized spare and where the tail pipe turns 90° to the tip.

    Let's talk sound next.

No real drone or not enough to be off putting.

    Pretty mellow/ quiet tone.

No discernable loss of low end torque.

Excuse the cab noise my Tundra isn't exactly quiet.

Hope this helps someone considering this system. I'm happy with it FWIW.

    BTW.
JBA had 2 of these kits left in stock after I ordered mine Tuesday morning. Had my kit in hand on Friday. Quick shipping from California to Utah.

Hello Ross. Is the muffler a straight through design? Thank you.
