Nah, not of install. Pretty easy tho. Take the bumper cover mount the bar using clamps temporarily. Put The bumper back on and see of it fits in the grill opening adjust accordingly

A sharp knife!! I then used a straightened coat hanger and passed that through from the cab to the eng bay. I then made a very small hook on the hanger, set the end of the wires accordingly and electric taped it on German Tight (that's gutenteit), making it kind of aerodynamic...then pull em on through!!

Are you running it through the boot for all the wiring from the engine to the cab on the driver side? The same one that has the hole for the hood release? Is there a smaller one somewhere?

Yep, works great as long as the other end of your wire doesn't have any type of plug on it, like most wire kits do...

Goin thru the rubber boot is easy, 1: drill small pilot hole 2: insert coat hanger thru said hole 3: electric tape the wire to end of hanger and you can make a little loop on hanger to hold wire even better 4: pull thru

I make ‍✈️ hole smaller than wire so it will suck up around it

Had a pilot emoji and it switched to plane emoji when posted, you get it tho

I heated up the angle cut end of a metal coat hanger and it pushed right through the rubber boot, no problem...

That is a good one, I had some angle probs with drill due to tight space, will remember that

38in on the lower, Osram 180w flood/spot combo

46in upper ,Creed 1in slim ,5d 260w spot beam for long distance

When both are on , they lit up night like day

Wires are very simple to installed. I just connet the + and - right out of the battery ,the switch ran thru the rubber in the firewall
But i recommended to fabricate your own brackets as most factory ones wont fit into our trucks easy
I went and bought some 3/8in aluminum bracket at Lowes and used the visegrip to bent them with what ever angle to fit into behind the grille
(no paint needed for aluminum and easier to bent than steel but still has a rigid mounts better than factory's )

Hey @SuperSilverTundra did you use the kit from Headlight Revolution? Or did you DIY it? My TRD Grille comes this week and I want to install a light bar while I got the thing apart.

Jeepers! You guys aren't kidding, those Rigid light bars are spendy.

I almost made my own shackles, but CoachBuilder puts those out at a price point that makes it more cost effective to just buy them. Those light bars though, I may have to take that project on myself...

This is eventually the seamless light bar/winch or winch delete plate install I am after. This will allow me to clean the light bar lens without having to remove my grill. It also puts the light closer to the road aligned with the fog/driving lights where I want the light projected. Negates any reduction of direct airflow into the cooling system.

Here is a link....still very knew and I have not seen any owner reviews yet. Going to wait and see what kind of reviews this bumper gets by Tundra owners before placing an order. So far no reviews on their website, surely because it's new.
It's a lot of change to lay out if you do a few options plus Warn winch, light bar.
One of the nicest I have seen so far. FWIW...
