Sorry if I missed this somewhere in the thread but what’s the advantage of the TRD pro bezel over that made by rigid.

I only ask because I’m personally not a fan of the black plastic. It seems to lighten over time and look horrible against black paint.

Have the same question. I think the rigid pocket does not fit flush with the fogs. I think most are using the pro OEM pocket.

I think most people go with the Pro bezel because it looks factory. Rigid definitely has the aftermarket look to it.fog.jpg

just installed these with homemade L brackets. Sure is a hassle trying to get these aimed. Those lights are bright. Do you guys tend to aim the beam inward? Thanks

I have been watching this thread and I have the sae/dot rigid lights but was wondering where the best place to get the factory bezel from the trd pro

You'll like them. They look stock but with square openings. I just fit my Rigid D Series fogs with them. Still need to aim them better. Im going to redo the homemade brackets you've seen on this thread to structural aluminum channel. My shelf brackets still bounce a little.

    Noticed any output difference?

The pro bezels sit deeper so curious how that affects pattern.

    No I didn't notice anything.
My fogs are for looks, mostly for the amber LEDs.
Although I have run the fog lights on, they don't look or project any different than they did with the Rigid brackets.

But they look so much better with the TRD bezels than they did with the Rigid brackets.
Either on or off, more uniform, more OEM, look better set back into the bumper..

Thanks for the feedback. I agree, they look better. Rigid is going through a redesign on their brackets, curious how they will turn out. The depth had me curious how it may affect pattern and output.

I tried to give my Rigid brackets away on 2 different forums if the receiver would pay shipping.
I got no takers, on my workbench they still sit.....:(

On You Tube - search for anytime fog tundra. there's a couple ways to get the fogs to turn on using the switch on the stalk.

I just found the Pro OEM Rigid fogs on EBay for $198 per. You’d still have to buy the bezels, but much better than $800.

@BamaMan44, no I didn’t. I ended up with the Rigid SAE Cubes because the light output is apparently greater. I’m not sure if the Sequioa’s bezels would fit, but the fogs are the exact same as the ones in the Tundra TRD Pro.

Thanks man! I was curious if they were the same lights. I wonder why they cost so much more. I have the Off Roadtown pods right now.

Thanks to those who contributed to this thread — made the install very easy, and couldn't be happier with the amount of light gained. Used the Acklands brackets that @Platinum714 suggested and the wire harness that others mentioned. Hardest part, as others pointed out, is the aiming, but I used the old cutoff as a guide. In the pix, only passenger side is done to show the comparison between stock LED (driver's side) and new Rigid (504813). With both lights in now, the increase in lumens is dramatic. Mrs even came out to garage thinking something was wrong. Total time to install is about 4 hours. Bring on the night!
