Figured I would share what has been done so far.

    New Components:

    Fatbob CO's at 3"

    ZONE uca's

    Differential Drop

    Firestone Ride Rite Bags

    1" Block

    ProComp SS Rear Shocks

Fancy looking, decent ride. Obviously no king but it feels firm and takes bumps well.

Originally planned on AAL's, but since I have an empty bed most of the time I decided on a 1" block for a level stance. Might adjust the coils down some for a more factory rake once I complete the BMC and try to stuff the 37's in there.

I just used an existing hole in the frame that was the perfect size for the stem. Reach right over the tire and fill the bag to desired PSI. If I end up towing more than once a month I might change that setup, but its an easy no messing around setup.

    That's all for now.

Once these tires wear down a little more I'll be looking at 37's. Maybe new bumpers. Wouldn't mind a full replacement on the front with the 700lb coil on the Fatbob.

    Looks great.

I would seriously consider air bag saddles if you plan on off-roading much.

Way better looking with more rubber on there. I agree with ColoradoTJ. Air bag cradles are the way to go. Just put some thin sheet rubber between the air bag and cradle so you don't get any clanking noise. Good luck !

Cradles are sitting in my garage, just waiting for 5 spare minutes to throw them on. Our 2nd child is due any day now

Eventually want to go after market on bumpers and get a winch up front. Onboard air is in the pipeline but have a basic 12v pump for now that is covering needs

I would just do a 10lb CO2 tank. Trust me, you will be money ahead, have more uses for it, and it is way faster.

You would recommend a co2 tank over a wired in compressor with a small tank?

Yes I would. I have owned both, and CO2 tanks work best for me.

I have a very similar setup to you with Fat Bob's COs and I am considering buying these UCAs..

What spring rate do you have on your COs? I went with 700lb and I feel it's a bit stiff. Also at 3" they are probably compressed pretty well.. Wondering what your experience is?

Yes, spring rate is 700 and not as smooth as stock ride. Removing the sway bar helped but I am planning on a ranch hand style replacement up front and potentially a winch so that's why I opted for the hd coil. With stock 275/55r20 tires my front end from ground to top of the well was 39.6" on driver and 40" on passenger

I also installed an aftermarket bumper (Go Rhino BR10) and am in the market for a winch... Went with the heavier springs for the same reason. Thanks for responding, makes me feel better about my setup!
