Matt, I think the Ranch Hand Summit bumper would look real good on your Tundy. The problem is it's not "winch ready."

Found this pic on the AOT FB page:

Matt, sucks that you ended up with damage and the girls didn't. Such is life.

An aftermarket bumper is what you should definitely do. You could wait a little bit like I am to see the what @Relentless comes up with for the 2nd gen bumper.

Yeah. I checked that one out first but want the winch. The summit looks pretty cool. I want to lose the plastic strip above the bumper so I want to get a bumper that fits higher up and more tire clearance. One less part to replace.

Agreed. I have all winter to save up some scratch. I'll put the new fender on soon but I'll wait to decide what route to take bumper wise. I've got to chose which winch to go with. I like Warn but there are better options out there now. Looking for a true water proof winch. Not "water resistant" like Warns.

Perfect setup to be paired with our hidden winch mount set-up with some synthetic rope ;)

The Warn Zeon Platinum series that we sell are IP68 rated. They are also all wireless remote controlled so that you make your lackeys or whoever stuck do all the work while you sit in the AC/heated cab.

Is your hidden winch mount compatible with the 2007? I've owned 3 Warns over the years and prefer Warn. Sometimes there is fine print regarding submerging a winch, even temporarily for a few seconds.

Ah man, thought yours was a 2010 for some reason. So 07-09 has one bumper design, 10-13 had another, then the 14+. We advertise it as a 10+ just because we haven't had a 07-09 here in the shop to test fit and install it on. Theoretically, it should bolt up no problem.

Got this off Craigs List for $180. Seller was asking $220 OBO. I can pick it up when seller gets back in town on 1/7. I'll get it LineX'd and painted MGM. There is a shop down the street that can do it.
    There

@matluth how much are they going to charge for the LineX? I have been considering this.

I'm not sure. Actually they use Rhino Liner I think. I'll stop by after work and get an estimate. I'm not going to have them paint it MGM after all. Going with the black look. The rear winch bumper I have in mind is black.

I have this Expedition One winch bumper high on my list now. Perfect for winching logs up next to my flat bed trailer :[IMG]

i had my front chrome bumper line-x. than thing is solid now. don't bother painting over it. get line-x premium so you get the UV protecting shine.
It will go well with an aftermarket rear bumper.

Mine was about $100 to get it coated.

Spare will be mounted in the bed. It's a real pain in the ass where it is now anyways, plus I plan on buying another STT Pro and mounting that on one of my spare FN BFD rims.

That's the look I want. I need to lose my chrome grille too. I won't plasti dip it. I'll replace it entirely. Might as well do it right since I'm replacing so much as it is.

yeah that's what I did. Got a black painted RW grille and swap it. Looks much better with correct paint than plastidip.

Did you get the rear coated too? 100 bucks isn't bad. I like the way yours looks.

I like that^^^^. I have considered using a receiver hitch winch mount which would allow me to keep my rear bumper. If I go that route I'll do rear bumper like yours. Looks real spiffy when coated. It's all about my budget as usual.

Took the shade tree mechanic thing to a new level. I used the shade tree and Wheeler's Off Road snatch strap to anchor my come-a-long. Grille guard almost back to normal. (Good enough) I pick up new bumper tomorrow. Need to get it line X'd. Still looking a few more parts. I've got all winter.

Picked up new Toyota bumper 52119-0C945 from "Don" yesterday. My neighbor works at a body shop and is going to Line X it and paint it MGM for free. I just pay for liner/paint cost. Still looking for a new or like new valance insert which will also line X'd.:thumbsup:
By the way I asked Don to check out the forum. Don also went to Exhaust Pro here in Aurora for his custom FlowMaster exhaust.. Has exact same setup as mine on his 2010 DC TRD. (By the way, Don owns a liquor store in Denver. :jellydance::jellydance:)

Awesome about the friend and free painting.
What are you going to do about the quarter panel?

Hopefully before this summer. The Expedition One RangeMax rear winch bumper costs around $1300. Need to save up some scratch for that.
I already have the quarter panel. I still need to get few small brackets, new set of headlights (TBD) and a replacement driver side bumper bracket.
