Do you need to remove the ac components to install the headers?

Long tube headers are now on my short list of things to do with my 5.7L
... I am waiting for a 20% off sale on the ARH kit
that will connect directly to my BAMuffler cat-back.

They had some sales on black black friday but I think it was only 15% I'd jump on 20 %off

Maybe someone could organize a sale here on the forum that would give Tundra owners 20% or more off.

For the $$ you can’t go wrong with jba.

being a direct dealer for either company I’m happy to help get the best pricing and support, and pass along any knowledge I can.

anybody with specific questions please feel free to give a call. 760-877-4234

I installed JBA on my 2002 17 years ago, they have about 140k on them and they are working just fine. I want ARH for my '07 because they offer a kit that will bolt directly to my Frankenstein cat-back, they call it the 2007 to 2010 TRD for the short wheelbase RCSB.

We also offer mid pipes to allow you to bolt jba straight up to your existing stuff. Plus we off them in 2.5”. 3”. Stainless steel. Aluminized steel. Catted. Non catted. Literally unlimited options.

thst saod, I can also offer all of those options with arh, Doug Thorley. Obx. And any other header manufacturer for a tundra. 760-877-4234

if getting catted mid pipes, we will actually install your stock cats into them, that keeps the check engine light off.

I just installed JBA LT and @dirtydeeds modified my factory cats into full 3" mid pipes with a 3" x-pipe dual cat back system.

I definitely felt a power increase and sht sounds dope AF

    Thx Keith!

So if you don’t have a spare cat mid pipe you’re essentially down until @dirtydeeds modifies your stockers?

Yep. But I have a different daily driver so it's not an issue for me

@papasmurf has single high flow cat per side and no codes. The downstream cat doesn't have a sensor behind it

What Keith meant was running no cats throws codes and you need an o2 sensor sim

I plan on running high flow cats. Whatever comes with the system from either manufacturer (still deciding). I should have no codes ?

High flow cats won't net you more power. Waste of money. But if you just want to pay for cats so you're truck isn't sidelined I can understand that
