Help..transmission extension rear seal

Transmission rear seal on my 2003 4.7 with auto trans was leaking and slinging the trans fluid. I had local mechanic replace seal with OEM seal . After about 75 miles leak started again. Does anyone have any input on what could be causing the leak. Is this something I need to take to dealer to troubleshoot?

 

Did your mechanic notice any play at the output?

I’m assuming this is a 2WD?

 

It’s 2wd . The mechanic said he checked for play and also the weep hole that I have read can cause leak. I’m wondering if replacing the slip yoke will fix problem

 

My slip yoke has been leaking for a long time. I really need to change it. (Thought it was the seal at first also.) Some people say you can just JB weld the plug at the back of the slip yoke but I tried and I still have a leak.
