Have a 2006 Toyota tundra sr5 access cab looking to put new wheels and tires on it. Found some one with 35x12.50r18 toyo open country's.

I'm just starting to get into modifying anything so seeing what I would most likely have to do get those to fit onto my truck. I'm fine with trimming if need be and rubbing if its very minor. This truck is my daily driver right know so it will mostly see the road but will go off when ever I can. Not trying to do anything crazy to my truck either just simple leveling kit or lift.

thanks in advance with any input.

Those are some BIG tires and are going to require a lot of lift and probably trimming. It will also depend on the offset of your wheels.

I am planning on doing a 2.5" bilstein lift and running 33x10.5's with hopes that there is going to be just a little trimming involved. I would imagine with any 35" tire, it is isn't going to play nice.

My 01 had 5" lift kit and 3" body lift and it rubbed the chassis a bit on drivers side at full turn.
