There’s only 2 options for OEM Tow mirrors, power folding and non-power folding, that’s it. Roman explains them here...it’s not too far down the first page...

Thank you! Excellent resource to bookmark. However, on that page he doesn't address auto-dimming. Regardless of that snce there are only two options, I'll opt for power fold and add light tint if needed.

No sir, at least not from Toyota. I'm unaware if there are aftermarket tow mirrors that have this function.

I just measured my stock mirrors and the tow mirrors. At most the stock mirrors are .25 in wider at the top, most noticeably the outside top. All other dimensions appear to be .125 difference or less. The tow mirrors seem to protrude further out in the collapsed position. Perhaps that gives the perception of being significantly smaller. *shrug*

Roman, et al, I can confirm these plug and play for a 2008 Toyota Sequoia Limited. The exception is the DRL / running lights do not work, since the Sequoia did not have that to begin with. I will research tapping the turn signal wire and into the DRL light and make the entire light a turn signal.

@Roman, so I was able to get your power folding mirrors on my 15 tundra platinum. However, I'm not sure where to tie the folding wires, since the folding option isn't included on that model. Do you have any input on where to go for help. Everything is set, switched the mirror switch with a power folder button one and it all works less the folding function.

There's a write up somewhere on the forum showing how to add the power folding function for models that did not come with it, but I can't for the life of me find it right now. It's somewhere on the forum, though. One of the members here came up with a nice write up with images.

Welp... it's 2021 now... quite some time since the last post, so it's worth checking again (and not messing this up)

@Roman what are the part numbers for OEM Power folding tow mirrors for my 1794 edition (2019).. currently it has the stock mirrors with power folding functions.

    Thanks!!!!

not sure if this is what you mean but this is how I wired my Boost folding mirrors to the OEM power fold switch:

edit: didn’t do a good job checking dates but here it is for future reference for anyone :)
