    Here's what I'd do.
Contact dasaita about the problem, with video proof of issue. They either offer a new, latest firmware and see if that will fix it. Or if deem bad mainboard, will send you a replacement board to swap out.
Pretty sure they wont send a replacement unit.

Just got mine installed 2 days ago, really like it so far. Even the Navigation that came on it is so much better then the stock on from Toyota. I'm not too tech savvy when it comes to these things, Any recommendation for apps to install? Just figured out to set a hot spot on my phone yesterday lol

Whatever apps you like using on your phone, you can add to the radio.

Add a +1 to the list who thought they all came with CarPlay. It's kind of messed up that they can compile all of the reviews into one listing and not specify which unit people bought. Extremely confusing. I got the Dasaita 10 inch Adjustable Screen 2din Android 9.0 Car Stereo for Universal Radio GPS 4G Ram 32G ROM Bluetooth 5.0 Navigation Multimedia and just sent a confused email to the seller, we'll see.

Install took about 2 hours taking my time. Had to sand down the tops of the locking screws to fit them inside the trim. Also had the yellow RCAs switched, so at first Reverse showed a yellow ! instead of the camera view.

    2016, non-JBL.

Has anyone used a maestro harness with one of these units? Curious whether the steering wheel controls would work using that harness, and if so how that would be set up.

They have canbus for both jbl and non-jbl. My 2015 worked just fine with steering wheel controls and I'm non-jbl.

I have installed a rear view camera (no camera orig from factory). Everything works but it doesn’t trigger in reverse. I’m guessing since I didn’t have a factory camera the wiring thru the canbus isn’t complete and I need to hook the trigger up but wanted to check if there was a setting somewhere I’m missing? Anybody else have this experience?

Anyone have any issues with android auto being a turd? I get random freezes every couple of days where I'll have to exit the zlink app on the head unit, disconnect the phone, reconnect the phone, and then android auto will start working again...not very fun to do while attempting to drive safely. I have an overpriced good cable that I use, so I know it's not that. I've updated the headunit to the latest firmware/software. I've also cleared the cache in the android auto app on my phone, and that seems to help for about a week or so. Just annoying.

    This is what I have:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XD8SJHQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I imagine the internals are the same on every device. Zero issues with Bluetooth and hotspot connection...but I do have an annoying quite high pitched alternator whine sound (will try to reground the HU whenever I get pissed enough at it).

On your antenna plug, is there a blue (black sometime) wire that is just hanging loose? If so, you may need to connect that blue (black)wire to the other Blue (amp turn ON) wire from the Main power harness.
Im guessing the antenna in the truck is a power type. Need 12v to turn ON to pick up radio stations.

Thank you Guys for this information' I'm considering going to this head unit, I absolutely hate the stock radio, does this unit integrate well with your truck and have you had any issues. I recently purchased the Tesla style head unit from Phoenix, had to send it back would not integrate well with the truck' loved the OEM look but they could not rectify my issues. Also where did you purchase your speakers from! sounds like a grate deal.

I moved away from this unit...

Pros: affordable, android based, technically sound
Cons: built cheap, plastic is garbage, rattles over time

Cant recommend this for long haul

Dude nothing beats the in dash kenwoods. After all - mobile AUDIO is just that - AUDIO..

Sure the big screens are cool and rolling video etc.. but the kenwood 7.5 in with 720p and elite audio is where its at...

hell any of the good vendors..

i have the DDX9906XR - wireless carplay is solid and the audio is top notch

i got the tech12volts package with the JL 900.5, dual JL 12s, and the 4 JL components...

    PLENTY

Done with these huge tablets for now.. i dont need it.. just need an HD in-dash screen with dope audio...

I just installed this unit and I'm having an issue. First off there's no app to see my front camera. Also my rear camera isn't working either it just shows a black screen with a yellow triangle

I'm going to stick with Booya" nothing is better then what you know and grew up with!! Big 12.1 screens are nice but they have too many issues.

By the tyme they rectify them its time for an upgrade, Im going with a Kentwood multimedia indash 7. Screen all I need garantee to interface with my truck.

Just sent my Phoenix Tesla style head unit back, made all ny dashlight come on. They sold it to me anyway but its for 2014 through 2018 I have a 2019

    Sad!

I am not sure about the front camera, the app was included with mine automatically.

As for the rear camera, I had my RCA plugged into the wrong spot. I had it in a "AV in" location instead of the RCAM or REARC (Cant remember). So make sure the camera is in the dedicated reverse input. Also, verify power to your camera, if it is not powering on or receiving the reverse signal it wont show.

Man, ANYTHING would be better than the radio that was in my truck. It was junk! Love these Dasaitas. I definitely wouldn't buy the phoenix, had too many people state they had issues, but i've had ZERO issues with my Android unit and it is my 2nd favorite mod (1st is Morimoto HID's)

This is the Phoenix I had in my truck, great look but did not interface well with my 2919. But it was quality.

I understand they are coming out with a Gen (4) for 2019 tundra's and above, but I'm sure it will come with some kinks 20200308_142454.jpg

Ok, I may have been confusing my Dad's Pioneer install into his Tundra.

Then I would check the camera to make sure you are getting power to it. Does it go to the camera automatically when you switch to reverse?
