I have two different sized NOCOs from Amazon and have used them on other people’s vehicles multiple times. They work as advertised every time so far.

I have one from Sams / Costco that’s a Stanley Fatmax 1000. Has a battery starter, air compressor, LED work light, and several USB charging ports. Charge it up all the way and it lasts a really long time. Love mine.

I purchased this one as well, Audew. Worked great. I was able to crank over an old vw karmann ghia without a battery with this thing. We shall see if it saves the day in a dead battery situation over the next few years.

I've purchased the one's that Costco carries and keep one in every car/truck. Had to use one on a previous Jeep I had as it rarely got driven and battery would always drain down. Having one also saved me when I showed up to ride and my snowmobile battery was dead (no pull start). They're also small and easy to store.

I'd recommend getting into a routine of charging them on a consistent basis, I usually pull them from all the cars and charge them every Spring & Fall.

    Not nearly enough room here!
Before we BUY one, we'll look for it at Costco, we BUY a lot of 'stuff' there!

Ranch Hand Summit front and rear bumpers. Diamondback SE tonneau cover. Rigid DOT fogs. LED headlight/fog replacement bulbs. Matt Gecko hood, and bed LED's. Foot well led's, and interior LED buld replacement. (warm) Broke the front shock of the 3" spacer lift, so replaced with 6112/5160 and 1' block rear. KO 2's. Speaker replacement, added amp and (2) 10's under seat. Weathertech floor mats. Salex organizers. Ziebart undercoating. RCI front, transmission/diff, and gas tank skids received, waiting for spring install. Compustar remote starter. front/rear dash cam.
I had 2 gooloo models that I really liked until one went bad. The replacement is a Noco. Higher price but seems to be built better.

I have the DBPower one from Amazon ... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DWSYYZR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've used it a few times and it has always worked right away. Only used it on my Tundra once (purposely left stuff on to run the battery down so I could test it) but i've used it on 2 newer F150's and an older 2007ish E350 van.

I have a couple of the DBPower ones. I keep one in my truck and have used it to start everything from dirtbikes to fullsize V8's. Works great.

Based on the video provided in this thread I’m going to look at Audew. The NOCO shit the bed in that video. I was surprised because that’s the brand I was looking at.

I just used the Audew 1500A on my son-in-law's Camry last night. Worked like a champ, but that's all of 1 use. It was $52 around BF and is back up to $70 now on Amazon.

I ran Antigravity Battery ones for a while, an XP-10 and two XP-10HDs. After about 15 months, all three split open while riding in a vehicle. I had been charging them for a few hours only, every 6 months. Trash, in my book. I replaced them with Noco Boost GB40s, but have not used one yet. Nice to hear others have good experience. Note: for convenient storage on my Molle panel Bartact seat cover in the Jeep TJ, one of these units fits perfectly in a magazine pouch designed for M14 mags. In the Tundra, this pouch fits in a side pocket of a Duluth Trading Cab Commander, which I have on the pax seat back. The battery cables and charger fit in a vinyl bank deposit bag.

Sorry for the zombie thread revival.

Just wanted to respond to this question and give some feedback.

I read this thread and watched the video when it was a live topic. I bought the Audew.

I charged it and put it, in its case, in my backseat storage compartment and just basically forgot about it.

Zoom forward to Polar Vortex 2021.

My town was hit with ice and freezing, and for 2 days we had no power. With 5 phones, 2 laptops, 3 iPads, etc.. we made due with the Audew for charging a lot of stuff. After sitting for over a year, it still had about a 90% charge.

I didn’t have to jump a vehicle with it yet. But I did have to use it, and it worked.

Since you revived it. My battery has been going dead if I don't drive it for around 4 or 5 days.
I have a NOCO Boost Pro GB150. I used it three times to jump start the Tundra without charging it.
Last time it was 16 degrees out the battery had 8.5 volts.
It took all it had to start the last time so I charged it right after that.
I have replaced the battery with a NAPA Legend 27F. Hopefully this will be the end of having to jump start it.
If not I have complete faith this NOCO will get me out of a bind.

Well. I just use an 18v Milwaukee battery. Attach some 8 awg to each terminal and voila! Also jump started a random lady’s engine at Whole Foods Newport Beach a few weeks ago using battery from my shop vac and some wire.

Interesting. I have what appears to be identical to this one, only name branded "MEGAWISE". https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FD6Y933/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Was able to jump my beastly old Gen 1 with that when the battery started failing this winter. I was impressed enough to buy one for all three vehicles we have.

For you guys that live in hot climates, Do NOT keep them in your trucks all the time. There has been cases of where the batteries have swollen and caught the vehicle on fire.

    Wow. Good warning.

Fortunately, I can safely ignore it... sometimes it gets over 90 in Vermont. Not real often, thank Ghu.
