Your hood bulge is just about the same as the grill three bolts and then clips. Here is a how to that includes both the bulge and grill.

Well at least he asked LOL. Hey D how's the weather out your way. I seen today that my niece is having water problems around CDA. Damn I miss the snow. Maybe someday I'll finally make it back that way(Silver Valley) that is.

Well here on the coast I'm sure some not concerned with fishing would say the weather is horrible with windstorms power outages and flooding but to me it's just means no fishing this weekend lol

If your painting with plastidip you can leave them on display use minimal taping/masking.
If using something perminant then you should remove to paint.

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
It's super easy Adam. I use a cordless Makita drill type impact driver, 10mm, 12mm sockets and a flat screw driver. Pull the grille first and you'll see the bumper bolts. Pull the lower fender liner and you'll access everything else

Definately remove them then. You will want to get all angles evenly and under the overlapping areas.
Sorry can't help with how to remove but I'm sure it's not too difficult.
