@Jack Burton is very much correct. The 07-13 are basically exactly the same with minor tweeks with front grill/hood, interior and options.

You will have a choice between SR5, limited and Platinum. Options in each package increase as cost increases. Depends on the options you want.
You will also have choices of add on packages like TRD Offroad, TRD Rock Warrior, TRD TSS and a few others I'm forgetting. All add on options/features.

There is also a choice in engine. 4.6L or 5.7L V8. Unless money holds you back the 5.7L is the best choice.

If your concern is only length then as Jack said all the standard production ones are the same length. Check the length vs garage space etc.

You will be very happy with the Tundra. Great Truck.

 

With the sunroof and TRD I would assume that it is a Limited TRD Offroad.
The wheels are a bit large in my opinion.
The wheels also stick out pretty far. I would see if there are wheel spacers on there. If so you could remove them. Nothing wrong with wheel spacers (i use them), it just appears that the wheels are too far out which could cause uneven tire wear and premature wheel bearing failure.
Mileage is over the average, roughly 15,250 per year if purchased in Jan 09. Should be ok though.
I would check carfax but looks like a decent deal.
Looks like a nice clean truck and worth atleast checking out. Look for oil leaks and coolant leaks. The 07-10 trucks are known to have leaking water pumps. Not a big deal except it will cost you ~$800 to get it replaced with labor. Ask if it has already been replaced or if it is leaking then push to reduce the cost ~$1000 to cover it.

 

Are you looking for a 2WD or 4WD? Idk what your plans are, but keep in mind, this appears to be a 2WD.

 

It is a 2WD in Florida. I assume OP is from Florida where 4WD is not needed and hard to find.
