I've Got the spray in liner and am now adding a tonneau cover. I want to run the hoses through the ovals and they are sprayed over. Any tips on how to remove them cleanly so I can do the drain tube modification that's been posted here?

    Thanks.

    Jeff

I have line x and apparently you could cut it more easily if you heat your blade. (I was told by the line x people)

What I did was to make a hole in the plastic piece itself. I just made the hole small enough so the hose will fit snug.

I would recommend a small saw blade with a drill and try that if a standard blade cannot cut it.

If you are going to cut through the liner, you may get some idea from this video .

My way was lazier and easier, and I have never had drain tube coming off since the install. I had problem of the top portion of the tube coming off though. My solution is simply . . .
