I've tried every trick mentioned above and nothing worked ... the noise is still there when the temp falls below 45 degrees. I've had three different people ride with me and listen for the noise and everyone agrees it's coming from inside my dash on the passenger side near the location where the dash meets the side of the cab. I'll dig into it when I get some time.

Mine does the same when temperatures drop below 40's but I'm convinced that is the foam between the dash and windshield near the passenger side the rattle is annoying sometimes.

The temp was down in the 30's last night and the noise came back while my wife was riding with me. We narrowed it down to the a-pillar on the passenger side. Every time my wife pushed on the pillar near the oh sh** handle the noise would go away, but when she released the pressure the cracking/rubbing sound always came back. When I get time I'll take it apart and see where it's coming from in there.

I thought the rattling was the rear seat belt hitting in the back seat post also. I tucked the rear passenger seat belt in and I thought that fixed it, but the rattling continued at certain speeds. I took a highway trip a few days later at 65 mph. We noticed that the sound was not coming from the rear passenger door but from the rear passenger roof. There is a 6 inch piece of weather stripping at the back of the roof and that was loose and was causing a tapping sound when the wind caught it and lifted it's front edge. When the Tundra was parked the weather stripping layed flat and you wouldn't notice it. I pushed it back in place and will have the dealer re-glue it or install a new one.

Knock on wood, my noise seems to be gone. A few days ago I was driving in 30-ish degree temps and heard some type of pop, kind of like plastic buckling, and after that my noise disappeared. Strangest thing. Previously it only made the noise from about 45 degrees and below, but over the past few days the temps have been in the 30's and I haven't heard a peep. Hopefully whatever it was is gone for good.

    Everything. Literally.
    I have a rattle/vibration in my ‘14 Tundra.
Narrowed it down to the clip looking thing that’s attached to the sunglasses compartment on the roof. Folded up a couple dollar bills and stuck it in there and it’s fine now..
it was bugging the shit out of me until I figured out what it was.

Might sound stupid but I had a rattle in my Dash I thought. Come to find out it was the rear view mirror bolt was a little loose try just pushing on the rear view mirror next time you hear it can't hurt.
