So is it possible that the BFG tires all terrain on my truck are causing the vibration. I'm getting a road force balance done today but dealer says it most likely the tires. Any help would be great

I had All-Terrain KO2's on my Tacoma and after 2 attempts at balancing at Discount Tire, the dealership was able to take care of it. DT said the weights had fallen off but I think they just had a hard time getting it right.

I was told the same thing by my dealer (they were on the truck when I bought it) they had to balance it out twice before I replaced them last week with some Nittos. Hopefully these don't have the same problem. Time will tell.

Keep in touch with me and let me know my truck is with the dealer now and I will make them put new tires on if this is the case

the BFG KO's are notorious for being a bit hard to balance...thus causing vibration issues. A good shop can get them balanced for you.

My dealer mounted my KO2s. Never had an issue with them. 15k on them now.

I’ve always had good luck with them. Been running bfg’s since 89. I had a 2015 Silverado that I put them on, 1 tire would not balance, 3 tries, road force, etc.
was going to have them replace it but GM bought that piece of crap back.
Only time I’ve ever had a problem with BFg all terrain ta’s.

My first set of ko2s started giving me vibrations around 40k on them. They got really loud too. But I didn't rotate mine enough which is my fault not the ko2s. I did get vibrations once from a bunch of mud packed in my wheels and I noticed I had lost all my wheel weights. My current set has 6k on them with no issues.

I really liked them once they were balanced right. Pretty quiet, my MPG didn't really change, and they were much harder to break loose in the rain compared to the stock BGF Rugged Fails. Look great too.

6600 miles here on KO2s and no problems. Maybe the 20s are easier to balance. I had fake beadlocks on my Tacoma and they would through the stick on weights some times. I found one laying in my driveway once. I just bought a set at the Auto Zone to replace them when they came off. The one I found in the drive I glued back on.

    Everything. Literally.
The KO2s are notoriously hard to balance. Could be that.

Chiming in a couple years late on this one, but I’ve been running 285/70/17 K02’s on my 2012 Tundra for 40k now. Dealer measured tread depth last week and they are at 60% tread life left. They have had a vibration since day 1. After three attempts at balancing I just gave up. The vibration is felt on the highway 65-70 mph. I can usually set the cruise at 72-75 without the vibration. Two different tire shops have said the tires are hard to balance properly. Ive just learned to live with it.

I’ve heard that also. “Flat spots” was a term used. I just deal with it. Maybe I’ll try a different brand next time I’ve had good like with several sets of BF’s 50-60k and no road problems. This is my first set of KO’s
