Cool Springs ‘Yota is absolutely unbeatable in price, shipping and everything. I don’t post much;however, this is because of research. I’ve bought a few Parts from them, they go above and beyond. This is where I buy my parts.

How do you choose "Store pick-up" instead of shipping, from the website? I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

Once you get to the last page, there will be an option for pick up. It is for TN residents only, so if you are out of state, use our address as your own and the option will pop up for you.

Looks like Toyota of Cool Springs sold the website to oemgenuineparts.com No idea who is behind that website?

I've never seen such a bizarre shit show with a business. They had to be making a killing there on parts before this all went down. I loved using Cool Springs for parts. I wish they would return.

I had an awful and incredible shady experience buying a vehicle from them. It had nothing to do with the parts counter. But it makes me wonder if some of their shady practices have kept them from being able to deal in parts online or something. I’m not saying @Roman has done anything wrong. Just makes me wonder

I have ordered many parts from Toyota cool springs, always satisfied. But it looks as though he may not be back. Recently moved on to Sparks Toyota. There seems to be two websites for some weird reason. This one offers free shipping over $75 which is what I received about a month ago. Comparable prices to cool Springs. About four years ago I changed over to a TRD pro grille but kept the chrome surround because the cost of the lower and upper grille/bulge assembly was over $700 combined at the time. I’d say it costs about 3/5 of what it used to. So I made the jump and got rid of my chrome bulge and surround. Both combined cost about as much as I paid for just the grill and surround four years ago.

Regardless of what happens/happened with the dealership, Roman is the man. I had a string of bad luck with shipping companies damaging my pretty parts and Roman went above and beyond to make everything right. Complete life saver.
If you are reading this, thanks for everything @Roman !!

I’ve ordered from Cool Springs Roman was very helpful and knowledgeable unfortunately it looks like the ride has come to an end. I’ve also use Sparks with good success and I’ve used this one with with good results and prices also.

Roman's definitely the man. I ordered 99% of what I bought from Cool Springs online but I stopped in there and actually picked some stuff up a couple of years ago on the way back from a Spring break trip. I let the parts clerk know that Roman was the reason I was a happy customer.

So I know everyone is a Roman fan here but I just wanted to provide an update on my experience. I live in Franklin about 15 minutes from Toyota Cool Springs, bought two or three vehicles there including my 2017 Tundra.

I wanted to get a list together of some upgrades I have been wanting for a while, TRD pro headlights, Grill ect. I wanted to buy local and since Toyota cool springs is local and Romain is (was) the parts master I decided to reach out via email about a month ago. Never heard a thing. I then reached out about a week ago on their facebook page, again I was trying to do this the way he asked which was to not call. I never heard back.

So after reading a few threads here about the TCS situation it seemed that maybe Roman wasn't there anymore and it made sense that I never heard back. So today I was out running errands and decided to stop by. Well guess who was at the parts counter, Roman himself. I didn't mention a word about the lack of followup on the email and facebook messages. I just asked for a quote on the things I wanted.

He whipped up a quote and printed it out on the spot, each headlight approx $100 above what all the other dealers price is and about $200 more on the grill/buldge.

Clearly they do not want to be in the parts business any longer, even to local walk up customers.

just FYI, walk up sales are higher than their internet sales. This is common for most of the Toyota online sales because they recoup some in the shipping cost. McGeorge Toyota does the same thing and you cannot order online and pick up local.

You can find dealers in the parts programme that give discounted prices and allow pickup at no extra fee and most times free shipping over 100$. My local dealer participates and it’s nice.
I needed motor mounts sooner than later, they ordered the wrong part and when the correct part came in I asked them to honor the online price and they didn’t have any issue.

That’s good you have a dealer that does not try to gouge you. The parts manager at McGeorge freely admitted that they do this intentionally. Glad your not in the same boat.,

Yeah I get it, problem is TCS no longer offers online sales. So they have effectively taken themselves out of the parts/upgrade sales game.
