So I am not a mechanic, far from it but maybe you guys can help me out. I was looking at the tag that was on my truck when i bought it and it said it had bilstein shocks on it. Are they the Bilstein 5100 everyone keeps talking about or just a stock version

Did you buy it new? New ones do not have 5100's
Are they yellow? If yes, then they are not 5100's.

5100s are silver. The TRD package comes with a yellow, 4600 series shock. The Pro comes with a Bilstein too and I think the coils are red and the rears have a piggyback reservoir. Hope the verbage is correct or Jason will shoot me.
