Clay bar - super simple, just takes some elbow grease. There are kits with the quick detail spray available at most auto/big box stores you can use. I usually use a clay bar with soapy water and a mit. Set the mit on the hood/top of the fender to keep the area I'm working on lubricated and rub back and forth in a straight line. Fold the clay over when it gets dirty. If you drop it, pitch it. Not worth scratching your paint saving a lil chunk of clay.

Give YouTube a search, tons of how to's if you want to see the process!

I would try Iron-X. It helps remove metal like that from paint. And then clay bar.

    As said above, iron X.
Also another product “smooth move” by shine supply that others have attested to as being just as successful as iron X but without the awful chemical smell.

I can only speak for the iron X. It works but it stinks.

It does smell. They have a lemon scented one now which is slightly less foul.

I would also be inclined to protect the finish with an acrylic sealer like Klasse.

    Alot of them
I bought a new vehicle that had that when I bought it and the dealer called it some kind of fallout. They took it into the detailing bay and an hour later it was gone. They had some kind of liquid that removed it but I dont know what it was called. Reach out to AutoMagic and see if they have something. https://www.automagic.com/

As others have said, Iron-X or similar fallout remover is your friend on this one. Meguiars now sells a ready to use product called Spray Clay, which might be available to you locally. Most of these products do smell, mostly like skunk piss, but they do they job
