Were you able to keep your pro skid plate?

I'd like to keep the trd pro skid plate, but people are saying a DIFF drop is necessary above 2.5 inches. With the 2 shims aren't you like 3 inches? I know if you add a drop kit it interferes with the stock skid. Do you know of CB recommended the drop kit?

Yes Dave also so me the diff drop kit with it and had it installed. That was the easiest part. I don't have skid plate interference issues

Took my truck in yesterday for 1st 5K oil change and alignment after installation of shims, shackles and rims/tires and the service girls told me the truck looks "badass". I couldn't help but agreed with her. Anyhow the alignment was covered under the service agreement so it was a freebie. Damn good!!!
