You read my post above? I got a limited for just under $30k. Sounds like a decent deal to me.

$39k-ish, 2018 CrewMax, brand new in April of that year. 5.7, 4x4, TRD Offroad and SR5 upgrade package.

I’ve added underseat storage, Katzkin leather and heated all around, puddle lights, locking tailgate, and just threw on a Diamondback SE.

In Dec of 2017, paid just below $42k for 2018 Met. Gray Crewmax 5.7 4x4 SR5 package with the TSS package. Went back in November of 2019, they would make almost the same deal on a Cement one with color matching bumpers, but didn't include the color matching fender flares. The difference was in the financing, the interest rates don't seem to be quite as good now as they were then. Because of that and the fact I wasn't getting quite what I wanted for my 2018 Tundra, decided I really didn't want to go up any on my payment. So I decided to just spend the money on a lift, rims and tires. Best decision ever!.... :)

Was this for a CrewMax or a DC? That seems like one heck of a deal.

yall are rich spending 40K+ on 3rd gen's. I just got an '07 CM with ~39K miles in 2019 for $13,500. I have about 40,300 miles on it now, not a daily driver. I think most can agree the style is getting a bit dated on the 2nd gen so at least I have some pocket change left over to do some mods, but I will keep it to a minimum...("famous last words").

1: who sold you that truck for that cheap? How?
2: How did it only have 39k miles?

I was actually looking at buying a diesel gmc 1500 and after a month or so of just keeping my eyes open I saw on Facebook market what appeared to be a Tundra with low miles but it wasn't listed as a Tundra but rather a "Toyota Pre-runner". I thought it was a scammer at first but when I clicked on the profile, it was an elderly lady. I messaged her and was the 2nd person in line to see the truck. Turns out she was a widow and it was her retired husbands car that didn't get much use due to the husband being retired and handicap due to his weight. She drove here and there over the years just to keep it running but didn't like/want it and preferred her own car so she finally put it up for sale. I ran the carfax and the car drove an average of about 2,000 miles a year. Dealership maintained till about 20k miles rest was done at a local shop around the corner for her house.

Nice deal!! I got mine the exact same time and got the dealership down to $40K flat. I told the guy I like round numbers and $40K for that truck seemed fair. I think MSRP was $45ish. But like you said. I walked away and the guy called me after the weekend to say he could do it and he would hold it for me. Looking back I probably should have gone used but if I drive this truck until it dies I should have a lot of years without a car payment

yep- $45,114 sticker for mine, and I am counting on the same longevity.

I got hung up on wanting the safety sense stuff, otherwise I too would have found a nice used- but even used, screaming deals are few....!

I just picked up a CPO 2016 crewmax off-road with 36k miles for $32898. They wouldn’t budge in the price since it original was listed at 34,500 but they gave me a lot for my Tacoma I traded in

That's pretty good price. I paid $18k cash plus my trade in (2006 Camry with 200k+ miles) back in January of 2019. The mileage on my Tundra when I bought it was 99k, it was a one owner truck

Just purchased a 2007 Single cab SR5, 2wd 5.7L with 130K miles for $8,250 + Tax and Title from the local dealer.

I want to stay on top of the maintenance, so I plan to do the following...

    New Spark Plugs
    New Drive Belt
    Diff fluid change
There is some signs of water pump gasket leak, so I will replace the water pump and thermostat as a precaution.
Signs of Drivers side door lock actuator going bad.
Noisy blower fan so I may change it soon.
    Trans fluid drain and fill.

So I estimate about $500 - 600 to get this done.

So around 10K OTD with required maintenance.

A lot of these don't specify 2wheel/4 wheel drive or other options that would make a big difference in great deal/fair deal price.imho
