This started a few weeks ago and it sounds like it's coming from the front passenger side. Once my truck is warmed up and I'm driving, I start to hear a slight rattle when I'm pressing on the gas. It sounds like 2 pieces of metal hitting each other, but it's not very loud. I removed everything in my truck that could possible be causing this, but I still hear it. If I'm just coasting, it doesn't make the sound. I tried hitting the gas while I was in part to see if it would make the noise, but it didn't. I'll be taking it in the next couple of weeks.

Check your intake where it has the inlet cut into the fender. That’s where @Pinay has a rattle.

I had a loose heat shield on my Camry when it was new and took me forever to figure it out.

Oh it will remind you every time you go off road. Maybe think about getting some weatherstripping that’s made to go on the edge of metal. Similar to the stuff that’s on the rear fender of your truck where they cut it for the new bumper. But just with some rubber insulation on it as well.

I'm thinking double-sided tape. But better yet, get @CaptSpaulding to come out of hiding and get me the stock intake that he's holding!

Took it to the dealer last week, but they couldn't replicate the sound( figured they would say that). I have another appointment to drive with the shop foreman. I checked all the heat shields and none were loose, but I tightened them all as far as I could and I could still hear it. Going to look in to the other options provided.

Is the noise outside the cab? I know i had a rattle and it ended up being the rear seatbelt strap not slipped into the holster thing and it was vibrating against the plastic side panel.
