When I returned from a holiday, the battery was flat. Does anyone know the reason for this, it has happened twice.

I turned off auto lights the second time with the same result.

The batteries? I didn’t have great luck with out 4runner toyota battery, probably died early due to lack of maintenance. But I wash shocked to see a 6year old toyota battery in the tundra when I bought it. Tomorrow morning a deep cycle agm is going in:)

I wonder if the fuel tank vapor and pressure management stuff is enough over a long enough duration to do this.

A good battery will easily sit for weeks on end and hold over 13 volts. Have you taken a voltage reading after 1 night and 14 nights? S/b at least 12.7, Good is 13.3, Great is 13.7+
