Finally was able to put my headliner back in after the rain to test for water leaks and washed the truck to double check and nada. I’m praying never again. F9876D02-A7F0-4905-A840-C182B1DAA985.jpgThe headliner is a dark slate/charcoal and matches the steering wheel and some other trim. I really like it. Test fitted some seat covers but haven’t pulled them tight. I need them on with the work I’ve been doin lately and trips with the dog now and again.

Went on a desert trip with the girlfriend and to watch some friends race. Purchased a roof rack Yakima cargo case from the early 2000s to get some extra storage. ( I don’t like it -_-)
    Still had an amazing time. Here’s a couple shots. 856DFB41-52CD-4FA5-833F-B6040E5B6418.jpg BE30DEF6-FD2A-4013-9BA6-38C9D228C36C.jpg 2528F69F-F0DE-4149-9756-A42568861DAF.jpg

I got and assembled the 6112/5160 bilstein kit. Received my camburg uppers and am waiting on my Deaver leaf pack to install everything. Exciting. Should take another couple weeks before I get them. Trying not to think about it. Lol. I found out you can’t use those cheapy spring compressors to put the coilover together because the shock body is too large so I went to a local repair shop and they helped me in 5 min for free! Over in Los Alamitos,CA if anyone’s interested. 18934B61-C04E-4DBF-AE41-0028B613777B.jpg95E429ED-81C6-41B6-9FB1-E6D9D043CF92.jpg E96D8DB5-6A92-4C2A-944C-3F4FD67C9BEE.jpg07ABA325-3012-48A1-AA93-010AA88C10B1.jpg

Haha Im finally back. Got the deavers in, UCA’s and new shocks/struts. Those 6112’s on the highest setting was stiff and didnt ride too great but I didnt want to do any trimming so I lived with it for a bit. I ended up selling the truck and buying a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ unlimited Rubicon with 50k miled couldnt pass up a great deal for a stock crawler. It fit my wants better at the time. Im now back in a 2011 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Rock Warrior. So Im a 2nd gen guy now lol. Honestly has been an amazing truck and will probably never go back to a 1st gen unless I had to or was needing some cheaper 2nd truck. Found my log in and password and have been looking through the forum to pick some half decent leveling shocks and new axle shafts for my 2nd gen Tundra. Needed 4wd as I bought a ranch out in Oklahoma. Cant see myself going 2wd ever again. Might have to start tracking my current truck on here although I’m not looking to build it out much just keep it reliable and driving well but thats still a lot of work
