At least that is what I think my problem is. Just noticed one side of truck looks like it dropped.
About a 1" in rear and 1/2" in front.

Shocks are only 2 years old. And do have lowering shackles on the back to level it out. Dont think that makes a difference.

Looked under the truck and dont see any problems with frame or anything. Under than one side lower. But not that I am a great mechanic either so could be missing something.

When take it in to have whatever is needed. Any suggestions on what my options are.
Want to keep the ride about the same. Reason I have the this truck is because I love the ride and handling over anyother truck.

So just go with OEM springs or would aftermarket be just as good in this case.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Ride height is controlled by the springs, not the shocks. Look there first. Tires have correct air pressure?

Ride height is measured from level ground to the very center of the fender lip.

Sounds confirmed, mostly likely your springs are sagging, they only last so long, and go by age, no so much mileage, unless you keep it on jack stands every time your not using it. Rear springs are costly, but for the front, grab the whole strut assemble. I see KYB now makes these on Rock Auto. Only Monroe was available when I did mine. The thing about the front, you DO NOT have to take the tire off. (at least on my 2 wheel drive)

If you end up replacing the leaf springs, have Alcan make you a set of OEM replacements. They will be 1/2 the cost of Toyota OEM, and they ride great... I have used them on two different Toyota trucks.

Does make me wonder if it would also be good to replace the front springs. All shocks and struts were replaced just 2 years ago with the yellow Bilsten's. But do notice that the front springs creak sometimes in a sharp turn, at slow speed. Like pulling out of my driveway. Also plan on keeping the truck for a lot more years.

My rear leafs wore out in about 8 months. I went with a bigger pack from OME and couldn't be happier. No more body roll taking flyover interchanges anymore.

I was looking at Alcan. I hope I dont regret it. But just received General Leaf springs today. Much better price. And before I ordered did spend a lot of time looking at reviews. And seemed the General ones had just as good if not better reviews. I did not get their HD springs since did not want to raise the truck. Going to have them installed monday

Sweet. I will be using them, as well. Take some measurements before and after so we can see how the stock height General Spring match to the worn OEM’s. Post up some pics of the springs out of the box, if you can.
