    What he said... in writing.
They got me doing engineer level work at discount rate because I have done engineering level work for the pay. Can't get them to come off it.

    In work
I’ve been on both sides of this, there is no right answer any of us can give you.

Pay is part of the equation, despite people’s belief more money isn’t going to make you happy in the long term, yes it will make you happy for the first few months and as you raise your standard of living you will be “un happy” again. I’m painting broad stokes... what I’m getting at is look at the entire picture.
    This is not all inclusive...
    Benefits
    Culture
    Commute
How much work do you take home for the “extra” pay as I write this it’s 3:30am I’ve been up since 1am thinking about work...
Long term stability of the company ( can you see yourself their in the future?)
    Promotion for your resume...

Lots of things to consider, only you can make the “right” decision.
Good luck, go in thinking you want no regrets...

meh just saw the update! Congrats!

If you were offered the job, you were the best candidate, that gives you some leverage remember that.

    Saw the update, congrats! Goodvibes!
