    Picked up a LEM 100 today. It’s a 12inch vac sealer

local 10box has pork butts on sale. 2 packs for $1.08 per pound. Best price I have seen in awhile so I grabbed a couple.

Decided to invest in a food vac and local Orschlens has the LEM products.

So I played around with the sealer and gave it a go. Sealer up 24lbs of pork butts and have one in the fridge to smoke tonight.
Then the left overs will no longer be going out to work for free bbq no instead I will portion them into 1 pound servings and vac seal and freeze them. Then when I want bbq I can just pull out a bag and boil it till re heated and bam
    Instant bbq.

    here’s my first attempts

Never heard of that brand. Keep us posted on how well the bags hold up. We use a Cabela's Commerical Grade and either their bags of Food Saver bags. The vac sealer is honestly the best kitchen gadget I've ever bought.

Lem makes a lot of home food prep equipment as well as casings and seasonings for jerky and summer sausages.

Slicers, sausage stuffers, vac sealers, knives, food totes and bags. I think they make the Cabelas equipment.
