My reaction was "I highly doubt it. Bet its a joke. No way would the Chilton manual guy give up his Tundra. Wait he had a pic in a driveway. Still no way. Ha ha I knew it."

Not professional reviews, I would say real world. How hard is it to , hit a timer, floor the truck, maintain or not go over the speed limit from point A to B, stop timer? On the way down, calculate how many brake cycles were needed, how the truck did grade braking, and hey...let's see how hot the brakes get.

Don't think for one second we don't have recalls and nightmares.

Maybe we should compare a Denali against the 1794, not an SR5.

You are totally correct on the 60k for the GM product (which is insane!!!) 1/2 ton truck.

I just looked for a 1794 in my area. 53k (again, insane)

People better start getting over the SC on the tundra. It is no longer supported by Toyota/TRD. Toyota no longer gives ECM flashes starting in 16'. Last time I looked, you are at 7500.00 to purchase the SC now. Then go spend 900.00 plus for install and some more for tuning, and not really sure what one needs to tune the SC Tundra. Last time I dyno tuned a car with EFILive, it was around 750.00 for the software and 3 pulls or until it was tuned.

You are now equal in cost on a truck that has no warranty. Well done.

I've owned and loved gm product for years, worked on hundreds of fords, never even wanted to touch dodges, and I am cheap as all hell! I see myself owning tundras for some time now...and I just figured the dodge broke down in that poor guys driveway and was stuck there until he found his trash removal device (tow strap) and hauled it away w his tundra, all made sense to me

I think the GMC Denali is the best trim level of any truck period. I'm not blind yet.

I saw a black 2500HD Denali at SUSS GMC here in Aurora for 64K. Worth it. 397HP, 765 lbs ft torque. Killer.

Great pulling pickup. It feels like it has a lot more oomph than the stated figures.

Where on earth are you getting your information? Seems like you googled J.D Power and posted the first thing you read.

I had a Honda Ridgeline and that thing was sooooo awesome. Towing capacity was badass, the sound system was next to none, it would do burnouts in 4th gear and could snorkel with no mods... I'm talking straight off the showroom floor.....

    I will say it. If I didn't get a Tundra I would have a Eco Boost F150. Maybe a 6.2 Raptor
