So since I have no idea what kind of rigs we are working with this year here are a few trail suggestions, some will be Denver area and some will be southern Colorado.

    Denver-ish area:
Saints john connects to deer creek to make a loop. I've only partially run Webster pass so I don't know much about it. Would recommend slightly built rigs for these ones.
    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/443-saints-john
    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/279-deer-creek
    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/488-webster-pass
These 2 kinda intertwine with each other but have different points at the ends. Argentine has 2 obstacles towards the end that would most likely require sliders or a good amount of lift to get over. Other than that the trails are moderate but have some switch backs no clearance concerns for stock trucks.

    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/369-mcclellan-mountain

    Southern Colorado:
Medano Pass - this one is close to the Sand Dunes out here, not a super difficult trail and looks like a lot of fun. Last year we had trouble with this trail being closed as one of the river crossings was about 5 feet deep due to all the snow melting because we had a lot of snow last winter, so this one might depend on how the winter shakes out.
    https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/371-medano-pass

Four Mile Area in Buena Vista - loads of trails around here. Mostly easy trails with some technical areas here and there but nothing that should be too hard. Camping out here is super easy to find not much to do in town around here.

Telluride/Ouray Area - Some super well known off road trails around here. Imogene and Black bear are probably some of the most well known ones in Colorado. Here are a few options. I've been told that Ouray and Telluride are some of the most beautiful mountain towns in CO as well.

I think my part here is done :hattip:

    Welp...:boom:
I've got nothing better to do...
Friday July 10th, I'll be hoping to hit Medano Pass around early afternoon, will camp somewhere along the trail that evening
Saturday July 11th, Complete Medano Pass and head to Great Sand Dunes National Park for the day. Probably gonna be hot hot hot so not positive what the exact plan is but probably hang around the area and possibly rent or bring boards for sand boarding. There's a hike to some waterfalls in the area I might look into hitting up on the way out that afternoon/evening and then camp the night around there.
Sunday July 12th, Head west towards Telluride and hit Engineer Pass or Cinnamon Pass to Ouray. Depending on the time of day will find a place along the road to camp.
Monday July 13th, Take Yankee Boy Basin to Imogene Pass to get into Telluride.
Tuesday July 14th, ????? having a buffer day will allow for all the shenanigans in between and let stopping points along the way push things out. Entire plan is very flexible since I'm not planning on booking hotels anywhere.

I live here so as long as nothing breaks and holds me back I'll be going with or without y'all ;)

    Nice!
So just how bad has the Rona hit the Western Slope this year and have you noticed that all of the usual spots are as insane as normal so far or not?
I am thinking of heading to Gunnison myself and maybe find a spot on the Mesa or around Lake City or maybe even go up Spring Creek and closer to Almont which are all pretty busy under normal years at this time but I am hoping that this year might be lighter than usual maybe?

    Any idea?

    Thanks

Things hit pretty hard around here but the trails don't seem over crowded. The only times they seem bad is the first weekend that they open but they are manageable as usual after that.

    Thanks

I have read and seen that the Governor actually asked and I thought there was an Advertising campaign asking outsiders to not come to Colorado just yet,how Colorful.

But since we own property in the state I am planning to cross the line probably regardless?

I believe pretty much every state is trying to keep outsiders away, but I'd say if you own property here and you do your part to prevent the spread (be extra respectful and cautious of small mountain towns as they're not set up to deal with mass outbreaks) you should be alright. Just be sure to educate yourself about what counties you will be in, certain ones are still enforcing a face mask ordinance where others are more lenient.

The Face Mask thing will not be an issue nor will my being around other people and not hyper aware of the potential of spread,I am a believer it seems!

Incidentally are you familiar with Gunnison's rich history of Isolation during the Spanish Flu Outbreak?
Not too hard to believe it if you know the place really.
I like to imagine that I would have been right there on the Road Block lines myself!

So, I'm not going to be able to do a trip to Colorado this year due to my grandfather dying, COVID and my work. I'll be driving through Colorado though on my way to Reno to help my mom with my grandfather's estate.
They printed yet? I can deliver to Colorado guys on my way through

We should do one exactly like the one that you had designed but add COVID-19 on it. How long does it take for them to be made?
