Anyone know if any other truck specific sizes are compatible with a first gen DC?
    Thanks in advance.

AC work. They are about 3/8 of an inch longer. That's what I have.IMG_20190430_101252463.jpg

I sold one (Century brand fiberglass) that came off my 06 Dbl Cab on this forum with quickness for $300. Buyer drove 6-7 hours round trip to pick it up and the color of the topper did not match his truck. In hind sight I probably should have priced it higher. Buyer advised he had been looking for a used one for 6 months.

Thanks! Closest one I"ve seen is a 8 hour drive, one way. Looks like I might have to take a few days off...

I just noticed you're in BC. I can imagine that will make it difficult. You could always buy a new one but they are very expensive. Otherwise you may have to be patient and be willing to drive a ways.

Does Canada use Facebook Marketplace like we do here in the states?

Yup, marketplace is pretty popular here. I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the advice.

You can always look out for trucks with canopies for sale and ask if they’ll sell the canopie separately.
I’ve seen an reasonable number of first gen Tundras on the Vancouver Craigslist, but that’s a long way from Kimberly.

^ thats how I got mine too!

T100 should fit. They fit the AC but I believe it's a SMIDGE short so should be about perfect on a DC.

I can't believe the deals some of you found. I had to drive 4 hours and the seller wouldn't budge on price. Claimed he had a backup buyer waiting. I paid $375

    $80 is basically robbery!

^ don't feel bad, I paid $400. I'm not upset by it. I found others for cheaper or free but the one I wanted it to match the truck and be the higher camper for future camping usage so I paid the extra have it the way I wanted from the get-go!

I paid $500 and had to talk the guy into selling it off his truck for sale....but it's the first one I'd seen all year in my color and the ones that were popping up for DCs were selling in a day or less if they were under $500 in this area...no matter the color! Got lucky he was only 30 min away.

Color don't matter...get a light-tinted one and paint it to match your truck, or however you want. Not a big job.
