All done. Just the badging is chrome and the black badges are in a box waiting for warmer weather.

I really need to do that. But with the sensors, it isn't as easy as swapping it out with the 2017 pro grill. I'd love to get there though.

Nice how much did it cost? I have a black one but how the heck to you keep it so shiny?

I like the Cement as well, but I fell harder for the quicksand and it seems I see cement colored trucks all the time where I live.

Thank you. Just a set of bars I found on EBay. Had them powder coated as soon as I received them knowing the paint would not last long.

I have a 19 so it has all the sensors. I used the AJT relocation bracket for the TSS sensor. No issues so far.

After you get the bracket to relocate the sensor, it’s no big deal. My truck sits level and it works only part time. I think if I added a 1/2 of lift to the rear it would improve to most of the time. Or maybe angle the sensor down a bit.

When I purchased my LEDs from OReilly mine hyperflashed but I purchased these resistors.

Easy install into the harness when you take out the headlights. I mounted them on the sheet metal just below the headlights and there have been no issues so far. might want to try these out.

I gotta say....I'm a big fan of Vroom. I bought an Acura RDX from them back in September for my wife. Both experiences have been very pleasant. I do particularly hate dealing with dealerships though, so I'm just as happy to pay some premium not to have that hassle. In my opinion, you just can't beat the convenience of doing it all from the comfort of your own home and having the vehicle just show up at your house a few days later.....

Yeah for sure! I didn’t care for the few days it took for delivery but it had its excitement factor and I’m happy not haggling at the stealership!

Haha. Yeah, I thought the wait would be the death of me. I sent the downpayment and contract back to them on Wednesday a week ago. Start checking email like every hour looking for delivery info. A few days pass and I call 'em just to see if there is any idea on when it will ship. They tell me they are just looking for a driver making deliveries in my direction. Then about 930 Wednesday morning I get a call out of the blue from Vroom wanting to know if Im available from 12 to 1 to take delivery. I say "heck yeah!!" (Fortunately I was off work that day) Anxiously wait to hear from the driver. He calls at about 1145 and says he's an hour out.....I start doing my happy dance and the dog is looking at me like I'm crazy......I try my best to kill the next hour.....so excited!! About 1230, driver calls again. Says he has a flat and will be closer to 2 now....WHAATTT!!!!! I'm dying here.......:D:D

But its all good. I've got the truck now and couldn't be happier with it. And honestly, they do tell you up front that it could take up to 10 days for delivery.

How does it Vroom work then as far as seeing the vehicle before delivery? Do they just give you pictures and all of the details? What if there were certain quirks or small issues that you didn't know of and you decided to change your mind. Can you?

I like the idea of not dealing with a dealership, but I'd be nervous to buy something that expensive site unseen.

You have 7 days and 250 miles to "test drive." If you decide to send it back, you forfeit the delivery fee ($499). You do have to have a little faith in them, but my thinking is that its a new niche in the industry and at this point they are working hard to get a good reputation....but at the end of the day, you are buying a used vehicle. Its probably gonna have some quirks. I have only bought newer stuff from them (a 2017 and a 2019). If its something that wasn't obvious pre-purchase, and you just couldn't live with it, I'm sure you could work something out with them.

You should go to their website and check out their FAQ section. They are pretty strict in their selection process.

I'm actually going to have to test this theory. The window control panel on the driver's door on my truck seems to have a bad connection. Its intermittent, but sometimes the window switches don't work. You can bump the panel with your palm and the backlighting will come back on and they work.... Obviously something "not quite right" there. Ill be anxious to see how they deal with it.

Once you receive delivery you can test drive for a certain time and mileage. Of course take it to your own mechanic and get a good look over and if you're not satisfied then you can send it back.

Their site has tons of makes and models, and a lot of pictures inside and out, different years and of course budget.

I'm sure your truck still has factory warranty on it? But by all means contact Vroom and make sure, you may need to go to a dealer to straighten out that issue.

Ah. Good point about the factory warranty. I'll see what Vroom has to say first.
