Here is a fun little story.
about 2 years ago I purchased a Nissan Juke Nismo RS AWD with the Jatco CVT.
    - Day one noticed grease coming out of the rear half shaft CV boots. In to the dealer, replaced both half shafts under warranty.
    - About 2 months in to ownership, I notice the torque vectoring was not working well. Checked the rear differential and sure enough the clutch packs were not engaging. Dealer replaced the electronic locking rear differential under warranty.
    - 4 weeks after the rear differential was replaced the CVT transmission started acting up. The engine RPM's would surge when cruise control was set. I had already replaced the trans warmer with a trans cooler and a 20,000lb gvwr trans cooler to try and keep CVT temps down because they are famous for overheating and failing. Well the trans did just that. Failed. In for service. During the maden voyage by the technician at the nissan dealer the engine shoves a piston through the engine block 800 yards from the dealership.
    - Towed back to the dealership and new engine on order (90 days on a boat from Japan). finally got her back.
    - not even 24,000 miles later the CVT was failing again.
So i went out and finally fixed it.

The Cherokee TrailHawk Joins the fleet and replaces the Juke Nismo RS for daily duty.
