I think I narrowed down my Tonneau cover search to a few models, the Lomax, the Extang Exceed or the Truxedo LoPro or ProX15.
    https://www.agricover.com/lomax/
    https://extang.com/xceed
    https://truxedo.com/pro-x15

For the hard cover options I like the Lomax but worried about scratching and durability.
The Extang Exceed is newer and doesn't seem to have many reviews out there. Seems like Extangs version of the Bakflip models.
Does anyone have the Exceed model and do they like it?
I know the BakFlips are very popular but I'm a little scared off by some of the reviews talking about durability with rusting and other issues. I also like that the LoMax can be mounted without moving the deck rails.

For soft cover options I was looking at the Tyger models but the T2 model which is more low profile seems to be out of stock or they stopped making it. Does anyone have the Tyger T2 model? Everyone seems to post about Tyger but never include which Tyger they are reviewing.

I like the 2 low profile Truxedo models LoPro and ProX15, any votes for these?

Lastly, is AutoAnything the place I should go for the best deal? They beat Amazon?
Anyone ever order through HomeDepot? I kind of like the idea of having a store to pick up at and return if there are any issues with it.

I just went through this process. Ended up ordering a Peragon as it allows the use of the cover with a bike rack above the bed, easily removable if necessary. Also a lot of really good reviews from Peragon owners.

There are so many options out there it makes it difficult to make a decision.
AutoAnyting gives a forum discount, PM @eccracer104, he can help you out. Definitely worth contacting him.
    Good luck.

I work at AutoAnything and can get you hooked up with a deal

Very different covers you're looking at here. All are great options (truthfully I don't know enough about the Xceed as it is a new cover).

End of the day - what's your goal? I'm curious because you're looking at hard folding covers or soft rolling covers. Out of curiosity have you considered a hard rolling cover? Something like the TruXedo Sentry or Revolver X4?

Tyger makes a hard tri fold as well. Its 499 bucks and gets awesome reviews on Amazon. If @eccracer can't get you want your looking for.

I was so close to going with the X2 or X4. Really like those covers. The peragon was just a better fit for me.

I think I sent you a PM looking for prices for some of these options.
I like the low profile look of all 3 of these and the 2 roll up options you suggested. I prefer a cover that doesn’t require me to move the bed rail but still looks low profile. I was told Lomax allows this.
I was leaning towards hard cover tri fold options but I’m still considering the truxedo x15 because of the cost savings.
The roll up options are nice too but I thought they would be at the top of my price range and honestly I haven’t researched them that much. Are they as durable as the other options? Seems like more moving parts = more things to break or scratch and rust.

I guess my priority list is like this:
    1.) low profile look
2.) durable/secure/as water right as possible
3.) works without moving bed rail
4.) auto latch/lock at tailgate. Close before or after tailgate is closed.
5.) value -based on above features & cost.

I’d love to get some prices from you to order through Autoanything. Is it a flat discount on all covers or are some marked down more then others?
Also I’d need shipping to Mass so I’ll need to factor that in also.
    Thanks

Finally pulled the trigger on the Lomax.

For anyone else shopping for a new tonneau cover (as I’ve spent the last month doing) AutoAnything has a 22% off flash sale this weekend and it looks like all the Access covers including the Lomax covers are included. Most other brands seem to be excluded but I pulled the trigger on the Lomax for $732 all in after tax.
Maybe these sales happen a lot but I haven’t seen these covers included in promo code sales since I started shopping so I thought I’d share.

    None. Lol.

Sorry Brett, I don’t work at AutoAnything anymore so I can’t provide anymore deals.

For what it’s worth, Lomax was tough to discount. They fluctuated between no discount to 10% max. Not much room to work with on them. Great covers though!

Sorry for the delay, I see you already bought one and I think you’ll like it. I have no complaints. Other than they keep coming out with new versions like the stance and now the black diamond plate finish that are both something I might consider if still buying new.
How did the installation go? I adjusted my side rails to sit a little lower which pulls the cover and weatherstripping down a little tighter against the bed, this keeps it pretty water tight. We just had a pretty good storm and where I park my truck in the driveway causes my bed to slope to the back left, I got a little dripping in the back left corner by the tailgate because of this but I would expect that with any cover. One of these days I’ll add some tailgate seal kit which should help with that.
Good luck, let us know how you like it.
PS. Someone on here recommends UV protection on the cover so I’ve done that a few times, due for another one now before summer to prevent any fading.

Thanks for the reply Jared, I installed the Lomax on Friday, very impressed as well, had rain all weekend and just went through a car wash and damn near bone dry, couple drops at tailgate, I also ordered the tailgate seal and will be installing it in the next few weeks...Once again thanks for your review of the Lomax.
