Howdy Y'all, I'm a recent convert from the Tacoma side of the Toyota stable and my Tundra has a pretty foggy set of headlights.

In the Tacoma world (no pun intended) virtually non of the aftermarket projector headlamps are worth the plastic they are molded out of. Sure they work but generally they are extremely cheap, and fail, get moisture in them, or generally suck after a year or two of being on the truck.

Are the prospects any better on this side of the stable, or would I be better off paying to have the lenses professionally restored, and sprayed with a high end UV Coating?

(I've been looking at something like the Gaze Gen VI as an example.)

    You're running 35w HIDs then?

I wonder how the higher end LED emitters would do in comparison.

I am looking for aftermarket headlights myself. Any companies to stay away from?
