I love my 2015 Tundra but today I’m throwing in the towel. I have split bench seats in the front and the cup holders appear quite wider than those Tundy’s with a permanent center console. Today, just as has occurred numerous times, my coffee tipped over and I got another morning coffee-shower. Today is bad because I’m in a suit.

I’ve searched on Amazon and even went so far as to go to the dealer. I figure there must be some sort of reducer out there but apparently there isn’t an EOM version. Other than wrapping my cup with napkins or holding my coffee, does anyone have a suggestion?

Do you know anyone with a 3D printer? You could print some inserts to reduce the ID to where you want. Have the OD sized to fit snug.

I know it's counter intuitive, but you should try the large cup adapter I put a standard coffee cup in it all the time and it hasn't tipped over.

I'm not sure if it would work with your Starbucks cups, but I use some coozies from Amazon which I put on any of my drink cups which are too small in diameter to not wobble. Plus, since they're padded, it keeps others from dinging up the console area when they put their metal drink cups in. I keep one in the console and another in the door as a backup.

I did this: used a piece of ABS pipe, the inside is the same diameter as the recess in the bottom. I ground the inside of the top to "flare" it. Blackened where I ground it with magic marker and held it in place with adhesive foam weather strip. I have since made one for the other cup holder. it works perfect and doesn't look half bad.

Just drink out of a thermos with locking lid. I'd never drive around with a drink that could spill everywhere if tipped over. If you do that everyday eventually there will be a mess to clean up.

I just learned that from experience. Those to go coffee cups are basically designed to spill everywhere. The chances go up if your dressed formal

I tried to do that but the whole coffee pot spilled on my truck floor.

Slid right off the damn coffee maker.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.

I'd try something inexpensive and easily replaceable (if I lose it), a Koozie, plus it insulates the heat in. Just a thought....

I have the exact opposite problem on my 2020 with a center console; Cupholders are too small.

You could use PVC, couple two sizes together, and paint it black [or whatever color you want it].:monocle:

yeah, I like the look and saved the idea, but the issue really hasn't come up for me yet.

If it does, I'll do that: I like the soft rubber idea.

What I like about it is that its easy to remove if I need to. And if it gets messed up, it's cheap to replace it.

First: people actually buy the front bench seat with the column shift????

second: Starbucks will put your coffee in your own cup or thermos. It’s green and you know it fits

Yes. That’s the one compromise I had to make when buying mine, since I have 4 kids and the wife wanted seats for everyone.

Some of us aren't looking to have a sunroof, heated seats, pleather, butt massager, or a truck payment. All I wanted when I was looking for my new (to me) one was bluetooth and a back up camera. I'm a simple guy! :hattip:
