I've checked every fuse (with volt meter) I've also checked the grounds. I am totally confused on what this could be. Today my fuel pump relay was buzzing, cranked up truck shut if off, relay hasn't buzzed since. What in the world is going on. 2000 model Tundra

Dont just look at fuses, take a test light and touch both sides while still in the socket. Key on, and light switch has to be on to see power at the fuses.

If it were I, checking grounds especially battery ground would be first thing I'd check.

If you talking about the one going to the fender beside the battery I've checked that one. But if that were case why does everything else work? Dash lights ect

The only thing I miss is my stereo, but now with all the streaming, I just stream my phone through a bluetooth speaker and I'm good. The truck has been like this for over a year.

Have you tried replacing the fuel pump relay? If that was buzzing and everything stopped working, I would probably start there.

Did you recently install anything or change anything that might effect your problems? I'd also remove each fuse to physically inspect.

Found this, may or may not be related.
    https://www.justanswer.com/toyota/bjb9o-2000-toyota-tundra-high-beams-not-work.html

Start searching each individual problem because more than likely, you will find the issue for one and all three will start working again.

The problems were present way before the fuel pump relay started buzzing. Also I installed the stereo some time back but everything worked fine for months. Nothing else has been changed. The steering column has been changed but way before these problems came up. All fuses have been physically checked and checked with volt meter.

Have you checked the fuse behind the radio? Most aftermarket stereos have a fuse right behind the assembly.

I'd also remove each fuse under the hood and drivers side kick panel and check them out.

Does your cig outlets still work?

Where did you test it at?

Ok I am really leaning towards you have a blown fuse some where. I found this on Tundra Solutions that kind of confirms what I was thinking that the stereo and dome lights are tied together.

So what it is saying is that the same circuit that powers the radio also powers the dome lights. If both aren't working, you have a bad fuse somewhere.

But I have checked the Dome light fuses. Unless there's something behind the stereo I haven't checked

Also at times the dome lights would randomly come on but would go right back off

All of these items that you keep adding since first post are important in assisting. Perhaps you could take a moment and re-list everything that you are experiencing, especially other items you may have left out.

    What don't work....
    Stereo
    Dome lights
    Courtesy lights on doors
    Cig lighter
    High beam switch
    Door buzzer when opened

The fuel pump relay started buzzing but has stopped once truck was cranked and shut off.

At random times since these problems the Dome lights and courtesy lights have came on but went right back off.

This is the fuse I am referring to. Yours may look different depending on what stereo you have.

I wouldn't bother digging into that just yet.

That fuse will only affect the radio. You're issue is way upstream of that.

I guess I'd start at the fuse as was indicated by someone else earlier. It appears that whole circuit is out.

Yeah that what I was talking about checking when I get chance. Checking that fuse box for moisture will be a last resort

Actually that should be the first thing you do.
If you read thru the link @SouthPaw provided, you have the same year truck and the exact same issues.

Pretty good chance parts of that fuse box are corroded in your truck as well.

I misunderstood. You quoted the post with the fuse on the back of the radio, so I thought you meant that one.
