    Still rolling stock baby....
    Simple

    thick pork chop
    Steamed broccoli
    Pan seared young yellow potatoes

the pork chops I got discounted due to the sell buy date was today. 2 per package. Got the 2 packages that were marked down for $4 total

pan seared the chops in olive oil and garlic they were seasoned with salt and pepper and basted with butter in the pan for the last 3 minutes of cooking
9 minutes total cooking time and when I set them off to the side to rest I poured the pan juices over them.

the potatoes were cut in half or quartered depending on size and pan seared in the pan the chops were cooked in and towards the end the resting juices from the chops was poured over them

    broccoli was steamed.

anyway here is a plate and twas pretty darn tasty.
