Thanks for the kind words! As for loading and unloading; loading a sportbike lifted will be a challenge and it will bottom out. If you are a seasoned vet to riding, dirt bikes will be easy. I use my stand in the garage and anywhere else that's flat. When I ride dirt, I always look for a dip to put the rear tires in to lower the back of the truck.

They are as thick as the clamps. 3/8" of I believe. Just enough to make them sit level.

I have the 5100s with 2 shims on driver and 1 on passenger going on and stock rear. Do you think I'd be able to run a 18x9 +25 with the 305/65/18 like yours? did you have to CMC?

Confused truck...is it a large SUV with a small bed, or a large SUV with a small bed truck stuck up its butt? I can't tell if it wants to be an SUV or a pickup. What is that, a 3 ft. bed? Hold a lot of groceries? Nice paint. :crapstorm: There's got to be a cut-off point to what constitutes a truck and what constitutes a pregnant station wagon with 4x4 capability. :poking:

Love me the first gen, love me long time. :redxfall: :boom:

Sure you will be able to. I only had to remove the front flaps on the bumper and heat the back of the inside of the bumper and the front flaps on the fender. But only slightly. Pics when you are DONE!

You enjoy your truck and I will mine. THIS CM SPORT TUNDRA does everything I need it to and does it well. Yes, it's a TRUCK! A TRUCK that everyone admires for having a lot of room in it when they climb in. I haul what I need in the back. If it doesn't fit; I use my trailer.

    Cheers!

"pregnant station wagon" is at it again. Pleasing me with the abilities of 4x4, carrying what I need where I need it. :D

Looks great really want to do the Q charger install..thanks for the idea for that location. How are you liking the tonneau cover? Looking to get one that would work with the Victory bed rack.

Your welcome on the ideas. I really like my tonneau cover. It works well, is holding up great, and is exactly what I needed for my applications and uses.

    Stock...for now.
I just posted in another thread replying to one of your posts but then ran across your build thread. Truck looks AMAZING!! I have just brought home a 2020 Tundra TRD Sport in this color. I want to level it but don’t want to alter the suspension too much. This may be the same question as above but do you feel your wheel and tire setup would have worked fine with the 5100s on the middle setting up front? It looked pretty level like that and I am thinking that’s the route I want to go...5100s on middle setting and leave the rear stock.

    Thanks!

@gabewhite Congrats on your purchase!!! And thank you for the kind words. As for the suspension, I think I would have had more rubbing on the middle setting with the tire size I'm running. On the top setting, I barely rub but I did still have to heat the inside (front and back) of both wheel wells/bumpers and removed the front mud flap that's attached to the bumper. I'm running Ray 10s Gunmetal 18x9 +25mm with Falken Wildpeak AT3s 305/65-18.

Stumbled across your build when searching for some reviews on Wilkpeak tires and sizes. Great looking truck man; especially that wheel and tire combination...

Awesome truck dude! I have a 2020 TRD Sport and would like to go with 18” wheels instead of 20” as well, so many more options and I just can’t find 20’s that I like. How much clearance do you have between the calipers and the the inside of the wheel?
Looking at my 20” stock rims it looks like going with 18’s would be extremely tight on the front calipers, about 1 3/16” clearance with the 20’s if I lose an inch and add balancing magnets it would be really really close. Did you run into any issues?

I would go darker too but it's hard to see at night. I went with ceramic on all the windows. 50% on the windshield, 35% on the front windows, and 25% on the rest (over the factory tint). The ceramic really cuts down on the UV and heat.

Out with the 5100s, in with the 6112s!!! Thanks @BOSS4x4s for the awesome price and fast shipping. It was a ninety minute install. 6112s are so much beefier than the 5100s and they ride SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!! I had them assembled at the top setting (2.5") and are the same length as the 5100s on the top setting.

Build looks great man. The before and after pics looks phenomenal.

Mind if I ask what shop did you take to get your alignment done? I’ve been looking at SPCs and trying to find someone that will know how to align things.

Why the switch to 6112? I plan on bumping my 5100 to top with a shim on driver to fit 295/70/18 properly.

Ride quality. 5100s at top setting w/OEM springs were kinda harsh. The 6112s came with Eibach springs, more coils, longer spring, different wind = nicer ride.

Your truck looks great. I'm convinced on this wheel spec and tire size after looking at your build

What would you say your lift is in terms of inches? TIA.

Edit: Nevermind, I found a post with the answer. 3/2
