After sitting on these front shocks since late July, I finally got them mounted up, with an alignment, yesterday. Set them to them to "level" position and added a single shim to the drivers side.

Definitely a nice improvement over the worn out, 100k mile, yellow Bilsteins.

Confession time: I'm sad to say, for about the third time in my life, I let a shop work on one of my vehicles. Just didn't/don't have time to do the install myself and had to get the alignment done anyway sooooooooo, off to the shop it went. :(

Love the boat but, like the truck, haven't had much time to do any mods :(. Hoping to change that in the very near future.

I used the trigger wire to turn on my backup lights when in reverse. Very handy.

I used 88650-0C200 & the control panel in my truck is 84010-0CB50

I already had the harness & servo (have a new unused ones) and had already done the auto headlights.

    From this thread:

    https://www.tundratalk.net/threads/automatic-climate-control-upgrade.221626/

    Computers: 88650-0C070, 88650-0C200 88650-0C280

Just to help out on the part number for the computer module- 88650-0c270 is for the double cab 88650-0c280 is for the crew max...

now here is where it gets tricky... 88650-0c060 is the same as the 88650-0c270... I am not sure if 88650-0c070 is equal to 88650-0c280. I would assume so. There isn't a clear reason for the change in serial numbers. I know the one I found was the 0c060 and it works great. I read that you can go larger cab size than what you have and it works fine but you can't go smaller. Meaning if you have a dc and get a cm module your fine but a cm module doesn't work for a dc.

I just completed this mod this past weekend, and have solved the problem with Auto AC resetting every time you leave the truck shut off.
It took some careful studying of part diagrams, wire diagrams, and maybe in the end just a little dumb luck.

The wire diagrams (techinfo.toyota.com - best $15 I think I've ever spent on this truck), have a few specific items showing (*1) denoting they are part of the Automatic A/C:

    +Room Temperature Sensor
    +Solar Sensor
+Cool Air Bypass Damper Servo Motor
+Connector Housing (Natural) (connected to above servo)

Parts diagrams (Village Toyota Parts actually has parts diagrams where you can determine the factory part numbers) also show some specific differences when looking at the AC diagrams for a NON-LIMITED versus a LIMITED:

+82210-0C020 Harness Assy, Air Conditioner (has one more connector than the Non-Limited harness)
+87106-0C100 Servo Sub-Assy, Damper - Cool air bypass (additional servo on the passenger side of the AC housing)
    +Solar sensor
+All previously mentioned required parts such as the AC Control Panel, AC Amplifier to match, Thermister (temp sensor), Aspirator (venturi), and Flex Hose After drumming up this information, I headed off to find all of my parts. For my SR5 DC (with JBL), I managed to find the AC Control Panel (84010-0CB80) and AC Amp (88650-0C060) from the same wrecking yard, and they gave me a really good price (won't divulge) because the control panel had a scratch in it. Since I was toying with the idea of swapping my 2008 radio for a newer 2010 with USB (that write up is forthcoming, since I've got a bit of work still to do with the wiring there), and I'm not a fan of the Piano Black, I was OK with the scratch and also bought a new 2010+ graphite cover for the AC Control Panel (84013-0C670). Add in the above Servo (87106-0C100), Wiring Harness (82210-0C020), Thermister (88625-47021), Air Hose (88669-0C030), and Aspirator (88897-12210) and I am into this mod a total of $608.23. FWIW, I found Camelback Toyota have the most palatable shipping prices (and close to if not the best actual parts prices as well) for OEM parts (provided you're over $150 total order, they ship ground for free).

After ripping apart what felt like my entire dash (I replaced my gage cluster with Optitron at the same time, and was working on the 2010 radio install until I discovered the wiring doesn't match up for bluetooth to work), I managed to get everything installed.

Fishing the old wiring harness out and the new wiring harness into position for the servo motors as an absolute b**ch! Make sure to match the colors of each plug up from the old harness to the new harness regarding which servo they connect to (the plugs are all wired in series - if you follow the old route, there's only really one way you can hook them up anyway due to spacing of the plugs on the harness). And, the servo does not come with mounting screws, so you'll need three new screws (pan-head tapered #6 about 1/2" long will work). Since the NON-Limited AC Housing does not have the hole in the side or the actual damper for the cool air bypass (and I wasn't interested in dropping $800 on a complete AC housing), I simply attached the servo to the outside of the housing and left it (so, in reality, it's not doing a damn thing except taking up space and receiving/sending a signal that it's there and working for the brain to think it's a LIMITED truck).

My first test was to set the AC to 68 degrees AUTO and leave it there when I parked the truck for the night. The next morning, I got up, jumped in, fired it up, and the display was reading exactly what it did when I shut the truck off. And it has continued to operate flawlessly since I installed it. One thing I do notice is that when I first start going, the fan does not come on right away (I'm one of those guys that fires the truck up and throws it in reverse almost before the engine has finished turning over). Instead, I'm usually a few miles down the road before I look over and notice the fan has actually started to ramp up/down to start controlling the air temp. But it ALWAYS does so automatically - so I'm guessing it's just taking it a few minutes to read temperature, wait for the AC and Heater cores to both get some juice flowing, and THEN it starts to actually blow air.

I can say that, as someone who's never had digitally-controlled heat/air in my vehicle, this is certainly a nice feature. Rather than constantly fiddling up/down with the controller throughout my drive because it's warmer as the engine heats up, etc, I can now just set it and forget it pretty much through my entire commute.

**NOTE - I also have the solar sensor installed from a previous mod where I added the automatic headlight controls. As such, I can't confirm or deny if this part is also required as part of solving the reset issue. I just know that in addition to all of the previous installs that I've read about, I do know that this servo and wiring harness seem to be the two specific items that no one else seems to have added to their truck.**

Pardon me for no pictures (maybe I can get some this weekend) - I was in "get this thing done" mode with a timeline and didn't have time for camera work.

I don't care about the AUTO (nice perk) I like the newer better display and controls.
It also with my Opteron gauges completes my LimitedSR5 conversion.

Finally got my replacement fan for the HVAC; I honestly can’t believe why I waited this long to replace it. I finally have all the speeds and no annoying fan noise. Sparks Parts FTW...

Also, received the bump stops from Wheelers Off-Road... After unboxing the only thing that comes to mind is

These things are huge... Can’t wait to get them on the truck...

Got it back from the body shop yesterday, so today, straightened out their sloppy re-install of the ARE tonneau, and plugged in the backup camera that they forgot. Then finally installed my 12" BAMuffler. Pretty quiet until you stomp on it. Truck wants to run now. Next comes logging some runs to send back to OVtune so I can get that tune going.
