I have picked up a used Pro Grill in Super White, but there is a hole in the middle under that TOYOTA that evidently is a take-out piece of some kind.

Can a person order a replacement?

I am assuming this is a newer version PRO grill, if so you should be able to get a cover for that hole.... @Roman should be able to assist you with a PN.

There’s a sensor cover that goes there. OEM is crazy expensive, more than the grill. But there is aftermarket and eBay clones since you don’t need it to actually work I’d go that route.

Since you do not have a 2018+ Tundra with the radar sensor, you don't need the $300 OEM Toyota cover for that spot. You can buy a cheap knock-off from eBay for $30-$60.
    Here's one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/53141-3401...ensor-Cover-For-2018-2019-Tundra/193215923269

Or Ares makes a textured one that is also nice and works with the radar sensor (not that you need it). Go to Ares Customs dot com and click on Auto.
