    well I got this one off a YouTube video, first time cooking it but I think it turned out pretty good

    I think it needed a little more heat, pepper, and lime. Nothing was overwhelming but I think I will use more of those two next go around

    one thing to beware of when the steak hits the hot grill with the oil on it lol watch out.
