Dealer say 2qt low & dirty oil from recent 1 month ago performed by another Toyota Dealer, so Toyota Tech advised repairing Dealer to Clean Bank2 OCV Valve- - Fill up with Oil - (No Oil Change and Toyota would not approve dropping the pan to check for contaminant) so they are sending on my way with not sure if this will happen again to me! Has this been a recurring problem with anyone Else!

Maybe the prior dealer never actually changed the oil?

Why not take it to the dealer that performed the oil change?
