New Year’s Day lunch on the egg

    Still rolling stock baby....
    Sirloin filets wrapped in bacon
    2 for $8 side of green beans steamed, on they were frozen but in one of those steam fresh bags which is how I like my green vegetables

    anyway egg heated up to 450-460 remainder of the wood from my Christmas smoke.

    seaoned with only a liberal coating of sea salt

    Looks great! Makes me want to grill some meat tonight but that would require removing snow from my deck and grill. Might have to find the motivation to do this :)
